The dad works at the shop and he's not very polite , he doesn't care if you patronize his business or not. When he gets to my house 12 hours later, I had missed a whole work day, waiting, no calls, or updates. I'm the one calling them. The so. Finally shows up near bed time and lets me know my dryer isn't worth fixing. So I tell him I'm going to see what he has at the shop, but I decided not to purchase and they wanted 75 for the service charge that took him literally two days and me calling and bugging . I did not want to pay that much bring they cost me so much work time from my schedule as well so that was that . They were upset with me and I was just as upset.

We tried other carpet cleaners and it would look *better-ish* for a couple of days and then you'd start hearing the carpet again. Carpet should not be heard. I'm just saying. I was struck immediately by a couple of things. The owner came out to do an estimate and he was on time. I've gotten used to vendors being late. I also received a text reminder that he was on his way, so I was able to organize my staff to not need me for a couple of minutes, which in itself was very helpful. He told me he could save the carpets, and I actually laughed. He saved the carpets. That happened. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I've never been so pleased with a service in my life...in twenty years of restaurant work I've never seen someone do such an amazing job, and take such pride in their work.
