I made a mistake on the house number...it was my mistake, I'm guessing the driver when to the next door neighbor. The driver called me, because it was a surprise, and left Message. I called back 30 minutes later and was told the driver would not be going back it was my fault I gave the wrong address and my phone number not the recipients phone number. I was also told my flowers would not be delivered until Monday. I called telafora to have my money refunded. This comes down to a customer service issue. The person I spoke to was very quick to blame me and offered no apology or tried to make it a win win. I was working so i couldn't answer right away but did call back 30 minutes later. They called me at 1018 i called them back at 1047....they close at 1pm. I simply don't understand. There are many local florist with great customer service. I would recommend using someone else.

The other half is the café/restaurant with a bar area and tables, giving it a clean, welcoming vibe. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich ($9), which comes with chips and a soda. This was my first time having raisins in chicken salad, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it worked! The sandwich was fresh and tasty, and the portion was just right for a light lunch. Overall, it's a great little spot to grab a bite and pick up some unique Louisiana treats. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Their are so many separate booths, yet the store feels cohesive. Well lit, organized, and fun. Music playing in the background while people smile and chat around you. Everyone is friendly, and helpful. If I'm going to shop local, I'm shopping here! I found some wooden, hand carved candle holders, hand-sewn pot holder, and a monogram glass cutting board among the antique glassware and hand painted signs. I wish I could've taken more home with me, but that's what the second shopping trip is for, right?

Our favorite Catholic nun, Sister Vickey, recommended Rosary House as the best religious store in…read morethe US. We concur. We decided to host a Blessing of the Animals in Palm Springs, California, on the feast day of St Francis of Assisi, October 4. During the parade of the animals, each is blessed, sprinkled with holy water and given a medal of St Francis of Assisi to wear on its collar. However, we waited too long before finalizing our plans, so we failed to order the Saint Francis of Assisi medals until the last moment. By then, we found no medals from local suppliers at a reasonable price. Even online at Amazon Prime, each medal costs more than $2.00. Yesterday, we called Rosary House and learned that the price of each medal is only $0.50. The Rosary House representatives, Holly and Anne, were extremely helpful and pleasant. After a long conversation, we ordered the medals, and Anne arranged for shipping with UPS Next Day Air. Our medals arrived this morning, one day before the Blessing of the Animals. Rosary House gets 4 Stars, for the great selection, prices and helpful and pleasant staff. The only shortcoming is the website, www.RosaryHouse.com The website has only Contact info. It shows no inventory, product or price information, and it has no method to purchase online. Holly said that the website is being updated. The Rosary House will have 5 Stars when it updates its website and social media for the 21st Century.
