We called another windshield repair facility, but they were not able to help us during the short timeline that we would be in town. We called 20-20 and he indicated he would be out to our camping space by 5pm (note: that is their closing time). At 5:45pm, he had not arrived as yet, so we called and he was delayed working with another customer, so he offered to either come out after he finished his job (if we didn't mind), or come out first thing the following morning. We didn't mind either option since we realized we were asking for a quick reply. He actually came out the same night and our chip was fixed by 6:30pm and to a level that only a dot was seen in the place where the chip used to be. We were super pleased! Would highly recommend, and really appreciate the prompt service. Replacing a motorhome windshield for an expanding chip would have cost us thousands, so we appreciate his same-day visit very much!

From the first minute of meeting Brent we knew he was the person we wanted to go with. Also a big thank you to Brandon and his son, and the guy that installed our storm door who I am so sorry I forgot his name. They are an amazing team and I truly missed them once they were done at our house. Thank you again for all your hard work!

When I went to return the unopened unit, (choosing to keel the opened strap to minimize inconvenienc) they told me because they had been in the back of my truck, They would not take them even though they sold me an item I didn't ask for. They told me @we didn't tell you to put them in the back of huge truck". Childish an unprofessional. That said they have an impressive array of rigging supplies. here's a picture from this morning of the alleged grease ball. Your staff informed you incorrectly. I was clear from the beginning that I wanted 2 in 2 ply endless loops. They attempted to sell me on a poly coated option that would not work for my use which I clearly told them was the case. Now you are attempting to make more excuses for your mistake. I'll take my business elsewhere.

He worked with us on various occasions to make sure we were taken care of. For example I had accidentally shorted all the power in my apartment at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night. I called the landlord and he was there within 10 minutes to help me get my power back on. He was very kind and helpful instead of scolding me because he is very underastanding and knows things happen! Also, when we first moved in the first time we ran the dishwasher it was leaking (not everything will be perfect right at first and everyone should understand that) I called the landlord and he got someone over at a convient hour to fix the problem! He is always willing to help as long as you can work with him! Its a two way street with everything! He always went out of his way to try and please everyone, and I'm sure everyone knows that isn't easy! The apartments themselves were great quality in my opinion! The location was very nice and the price of the rent is reasonable compared to other places i had looked at that were half the quality! Also, the landlord was very good about getting my full deposit back. Of course their were some simple repairs that needed taken care of but compared to places I've lived in the past he actually wants to get your deposit back! They are not out to get every dime you have! I would definitely recommend these aprtments!! They were an amazing place to live!!
