And I'm sad to say it fails pretty miserably in most areas. Nothing is outstanding, the service is pretty mediocre but that's the same in most of the Trafford Centre. It's kind of a good location being based in car park because it's not always as busy as the restaurants inside as people forget about it. The prices are OK but not cheap. It's OK for lunch but I really wouldn't head here for dinner. It's a jack of all trades, master of none.

It is very expensive so really is a special occaision place. You do need to dress up for here, I did not know that when I went and although dressed smart I felt very underdressed in my jeans. The food is your typical Italian American fare, burgers, pizza's, etc. They have an open kitchen, which is always nice, as you can see the food being prepared and cooked and can see how clean the kitchen is etc. The service was prompt and the food good, very big portions, bit pricey though if you ask me for what it is. I've been to other Frankie and Benny's and it has to be said it's always been fine, I quite like the music they play and I do know they sing happy birthday to those that ask, making it a good place for parties etc.

Was shown to our seats but then left for over 15 minutes without any staff asking if we wanted drinks or if we where ready to order food :/ We left without anyone asking us why and went to the Harvester across the road, where I may add a mixed grill was only £12 and not £23 and it was lovely! Not sure how £23 is justified :/ I posted on Frankie & Bennies Facebook page only to have the comment deleted with no reply I will NOT go back!

A couple of years ago my other half and I used to come here for breakfast every Saturday morning,…read morevirtually without fail. Then for some reason it just dropped off. We've recently been back a couple of times (not even close to our previous regularity) and each time we've felt it's not been worth what we paid for it. My boyfriend's favourite breakfast - The Lighter Breakfast was only 3.95 and has now been taken off the menu. In addition, all the £5 items (and some news ones!) have gone up to 5.95 and you can't help but feel that at that extra jump £2 for both of you (when you include a side of toast and two coffee's costing an extra 6 on top) breakfast just got expensive. When the coffee's were 1.50 each and the breakfast between 4 and 5 it felt much more value for money. The food is great but nothing special. I do like the addition of cinnamon waffles and the stateside stacker breakfast sandwich but again, it just feels expensive for what it is. In addition the last couple of coffee's I've had in there have been rank. We're looking for somewhere new to have breakfast now.

Always been served quickly and food has always been good and hot. The price isn't too high given the lack of competition in the area. Love the hot chicken wings from there, grilled to perfection! Lots of parking also that's always a bonus! Would recommend if you're in the area. My parents go often for breakfast as they say that's real nice also.

I order a penne arrabiatta which is roasted peppers and red chilli in a neapolitan sauce with penne pasta and i order chips to go with it rather than salad. it tasted ok to start but was left with a little bit to much after taste in my mouth of chilli so i tried to wash it down with my so called diet pepsi which was not the original but tasted like a cheaper brand. for dessert i had my favorite waffle and icecream topped with cinnomon and toffee sauce. it was ok but have had bettar on wilmslow road. mybe thats why have not been in back in two years! but generally speaking its not a bad place and service was excellent so i give them some credit. .
