He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.

My car was very secure on the truck and the driver was very easy to follow from Catonsville to Towson. However, when my husband called to find how much to get his truck back he was told $1000 and $100 per day for storage. When he asked why he was told because his truck was a big truck and not a car.
