I didn't get one because my husband wasn't with us and we usually do them as a family. I never remember that they take cash only (not even Zelle) but they have an ATM. This is currently the only tattoo shop in Lake Geneva and being right downtown it's very convenient. We will be back!

He likes to bring up his political views which is a hot button and really has no place when you're dealing with customers (PS I really don't care),and also didn't wear a mask while tattooing me and talked about how he "doesn't care" and won't wear one in his shop. Probably won't be back for any more pieces. Not worth the delusional, ignorant republican ramblings,Covid infested germs permeating the air,or sitting around for 30+ plus when I have an appointment. I'm looking for talent AND exceptional customer service. Oh yes - he also talked mad crap about former artists that worked for him(including his current apprentice),other artists in the area (including a few I've been to that honestly are phenomenal artists and people). I would rather he just be quiet and tattoo. His talking and ranting and taking potshots at others really ruins the experience. He doesn't seem to be too quick on the uptake which makes conversation laborious and awkward. He also spends time on personal phone calls or on hold trying to handle some issues with his personal bills and such. Dude do that on your own time(or while you were 30 mins late opening your shop for my appointment). Not worth the trouble.

Keith keep up your great attitude and friendly welcoming feeling. Thank you for making my experience very comfortable and now I will always have my granddaughter name on me. ::)) I will be coming back for more to you. So we came back about an hour or so later and ended up having to still wait a little bit but, they have a large, comfortable, and very clean waiting area! They also have water bottles available to customers, which I think is smart at any tattoo shop. Everyone was super nice. They run the facility very professionally. By the time the piercer got there, he had a few people waiting other than us but was great about taking his time with my friend. Chris was very nice, professional and extremely clean. He made sure to ask my friend what exactly he wanted and it was quick and painless and affordable! I am loyal to my tattoo artist but if I ever needed somewhere new to check out I would definitely go back. I plan on returning to that piercer to get my nose done! So if you're looking for a nearby trustworthy tattoo shop, definitely check them out. I'll share a few pictures of the waiting area. Plus there's tons of fun artwork a sculptures to look at to help ease any nerves you may be having (worked for me each time!). We went in for a "couples tattoo" that we had been discussing with Jennie for a while. Soon as we walked in she had the stencils drafted up and ready to go. We always trust her extremely professional and knowledgeable opinion when finalizing our ideas. She has NEVER steered us wrong. While she is fast, she is also extremely detailed. All of our outlining and shading was done perfectly. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Jennie 1,000% exceeded our expectations. There is a reason we drive to Rockford from Chicago just to see her. There is a reason I wait 2-3 months for an appointment with her when she's all booked up.
