Hands down the best experience I have ever had dealing with insurance. Franke Insurance Services has my home owners , wind storm and auto insurance. When ever I have an issue or concern I receive immediate attention. I am always treated with the up most respect and never feel like I am just a dollar being put into their bank. I promise you, you will feel valued as a customer if not more. Franke Insurance keeps it old school where the customers come first and they let you know it because of you, they are here. Not to mention they will find away to keep it affordable and still meet your coverage needs read more

History

Established in 2015.

Michael Franke spent eight years as a captive agent, in Corpus Christi. After moving to Castroville, in 2013, he realized the opportunities that were present in Medina & Western Bexar Counties to provide clients a fresh experience with their insurance experience. In 2015, Michael opted to close his captive agency, and opened Franke Insurance Services, an Independent Agency, in Castroville.

Meet the Business Owner: Michael F.

Hi! Thank you for visiting Franke Insurance Services. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University, in 1992, I went into the business world. Over the years, I've gained experience in the rental car industry, with Enterprise, to the occupational health care market, with Concentra Medical Centers. In these two industries, I've learned multiple aspects of the personal and commercial side of the insurance world. Before becoming an insurance agent in 2007, I spent one year in the payroll world, which gave me even more understanding of not only insurance, but the business ownership world. In 2013, me and my family relocated to Castroville. My wife, Jo Anna, and I have been married for 23 years. We have two beautiful children, Matthew and Madison. We truly love Castroville and the Medina Valley area, and we hope to become long time, community supporting residents.

Mr. Franke has gone above and beyond for me. I was so surprised and impressed to find someone who cares about his customers so much. He has been so accommodating, always taking the time to answer all of our questions, to give solid advice, and to make any necessary changes as soon as possible with just a phone call or text. I was nervous when I started shopping for home insurance. I expected an arduous process because it is a modular home that is 34 years old, but thankfully I was referred to Mr. Franke. He made the experience of purchasing our first home less stressful by finding the best affordable home insurance, saving me money by bundling in auto insurance, and going even further to help me out personally by recommending a more appropriate lender when I found myself in a difficult situation when trying to close. Not only is he very kind, but he loves what he does and it shows. I appreciate the knowledge and resources he and his business have to offer. Without a doubt, the best customer service we have received in terms of insurance. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and my family. read more

Michael is not only a great personal friend but he is a great insurance "negotiator". I do not understand insurance companies at all. He has worked through so many challenges with ALL of my insurance needs for about the last 10 years. Michael has great character and integrity which is very important to me. read more

After speaking with a few people, I came across Voyage, and I was able to sit down and have a chat with Trinity. After talking, she went to work and was able to get me a great rate with Allstate, and everything has been falling in place ever since. I recently had a few questions and sent them on July 4th, and even though I wasn't expecting an answer until the next business day, she made sure to be personable, and inform me of the answers to my questions that same day. I highly advise you to look into Voyage Insurance Group and I definitely recommend them.

I first came here years ago just cause it was in a shopping center I was familiar with. They were awesome back then and are still awesome now. I got tired of paying freaking crazy auto insurance prices and thought I'd try them again. I'm glad I did. I got an awesome deal in the long run. I did have some questions which they helped me troubled about but in going and talking to them it was all squared away. They have an online sign up which is nice. Probably better for full coverage than other options but be aware you need to have proof of insurance before switching to get a better rate. They can deal with accident history's but for anything more than liability you might want to shop more. They will do their best to work with you though. It's a personal feel coming here and they have been in the business for a while so they know their stuff. If your shopping for auto insurance or want to see about a low rate give them a chance. The light good vibes here is alright with me.
