He upped the cost of the rent by $95/ month between the time he discussed the property, showed it and sent the lease agreement. He strung students along over 2 weeks, involving each family as cosigners. He illegally charges $200 key deposit for each room (=$800 total!) when right in the lease it says key deposit should be equal to value of the key. Any real estate agent knows this is illegal. Stay away from this guy. I deeply regret dealing with him. I have never written a negative review, but felt I had to warn others.

Samantha Crowley was professional throughout the deal, making sure the deal went through on time. She answered all questions that we had by phone or e-mail in a timely manner. With this being said, we cannot stress enough the importance of getting EVERYTHING in writing when working with Samantha. This will avoid stress and frustration. When purchasing a home, the new owners should feel joy and excitement, unfortunately this was not the case with Samatha. Samantha knew that we were unhappy with the closing of the deal and chose to remove and block us from her EXIT Realty page on Facebook. I don't feel it is fair that a realtor has the option to only post 5 star reviews and block those clients (future and past) who are not happy with her services. How is this giving a true picture of the relator and experiences with ALL clients? Unfortunately, this experience put a bad taste in our mouth, therefore, we will not be working with Samantha Crowley in the future nor can we recommend her services to family or friends.
