This is a proper old fashioned family run watch and clock repair shop that you would usually expect…read moreto find in a sleepy old village but its located in the much more accessible town of Worthing. They specialise in repairing old Grandfather clocks and old pocket watches but my dad took his Citizen watch there as it stopped and they had it ticking away in no time at all (excuse the pun). Really friendly place and it seems no job is too big or small here.

Took my brand new diamond engagement ring here to be resized. Got home and saw that my diamond had…read morebeen chipped on one side and scuffed on the other. Took it back to the shop who denied all knowledge and said that I must have done the damage prior to taking it to be resized. I only had the ring for two days and didn't stop looking at it.... Offered no compensation and accepted no fault. Don't take your jewellery here if you care about it. AWFUL!!!!!!!!

I understand workers cant understand Cayleb's writing so misunderstandings occur. I had to return three times due to errors, poor workmanship to this Jewellers. Still issues but couldnt trust this Jewellers to correct. No receipt given for cash paid on second visit. Cayleb edited his hand written instruction cost docket with an amount added. Cayleb didnt realize Id already taken a picture of this docket prior. DISINGENUOUS Jewellers consumers be aware.
