I know she probably tried her bestbut she promised me one thing then didn't tell me what she was doing till after she was done with it which was not cool. And I wasn't upset when I first left until I went home and saw in the mirror how it was exactly not what I wanted and cried all day. I paid 220$ and 30 in tip. I went in asking for platinum hair and she asked me do you want all platinum hair or heavy highlights. I said I want platinum hair. She proceeds to do my hair and the entire time she's distracted doing a million things even took a different client when while doing mine. Also was answering the phone and put two foils in the back of my head and left it there way longer then the rest of the foils and took them out at the same time. She didn't use a timer. she also did heavy lights instead of what I asked which was to do my whole head platinum blonde. She literally said to me that my hair proceeds well and she said I was confused because some of them highlights she put in where coming indifferent colors... also I already had highlights in and what I needed was a color correction to section out the pieces already highlighted instead of making new ones. Also the highlights she pulled there chunky. Especially the one in the front. Which is the most important spot. Then after I ask her why is there pieces left out of the foils she said we are doing a heavy highlights..... why did u ask me in the beginning if I wanted platinum or wanna do heavy highlights. Then do it anyway?! Like I would have much preferred if u just rejected the work and said for me to get it else where if u refused to do it. She said she didn't wanna damage my hair but she basically did anyway because now I have to do to a different place to get what I asked and now will have to pay probably over 300$ and up to fix it. Now I have to do more damage to my hair because of the highlights she put into my hair that I didn't ask for. I waited 6 months to grow out my hair so that I could get platinum blonde hair all over but instead got warm tone highlights. She also did I say not use a timer and pulled out all the foils around the same time so pieces where probably overprocceeds and pieces were overlapped since I already had highlights? Also she didn't even use a toner or she did but then didn't ask what type I wanted like the other places I've been to. Where it either makes the hair like a warm tone or cool. And like I said I wanted platinum. She didn't even ask and did a warm tone color. The photo uploaded was what I wanted and I also have a photo of what I had before I got there and a photo of when I got super heavy highlights that they toned platinum from my old hair salon Anyway I was really upset after getting my hair done will not be coming here again. Wish them the best. Do not come here if u want platinum hair!
