After becoming an adult many moons ago, I chose to remain their patient all through these years and all through their moves from one location to another. My mom is almost 80 years old now and she still comes here so I'm sure she's one of their longest standing patients. My kids have also been patients here as well so with 3 generations of family members, that should speak volumes about the practice, the dentists, the specialists, the hygienists, the x-ray techs and of course, the office staff. I've recommended them to others as well and one other family member of mine has made this dental office their practice of choice. Throughout all of these years, I've had the pleasure of meeting many of the staff members, some of which are still working here and some have sadly passed on and are missed. In over 50 solid years of being their dedicated patient, there has maybe been one small instance of a problem but nothing to even make a fuss about and it was cleared up in no time at all. In my book, this also speaks volumes for their business. They are conscientious and care about all of their patients. If there's a problem, they'll fix it. Even if there are no problems, and you only have questions that you need answers to, they are here to help you with all of your dental needs and concerns and they'll do what it takes to please their patients. No matter who you interact with, everyone here is always polite, friendly and professional. At times, there's a bit of a wait as far as scheduling with the dentist but they'll do what they can to get you in when you want or need to get in. Again, that's a good sign of a popular dental practice. They have a very nice, comfortable and warmly decorated waiting room with a TV, plenty of reading materials such as magazines and they always have the local newspaper too so you can catch up on the latest news. Oh, and I must give mention to the large, beautiful, fish tank that both kids and adults love looking at. The restroom is conveniently located just down the hall from the waiting room and they have a little seating area for the kids to read or color. They definitely have it all covered! I can't think of a thing that I would change so again, that's another example of a good, solid practice. So to sum this review up, if you're looking for a nice dental practice with friendly, professional staff, look no further... this is the one you're looking for and it fits everyone's needs with the many professionals that practice under this roof. What could be better than that?

During my previous visits, the assistant who took care of me was not very kind and made me feel self-conscious about my dental issues. It almost felt as if she was looking down on me, which made the experience uncomfortable. However, that all changed during my last appointment. Instead of my usual assistant, I was greeted by a different dental assistant, Mrs. Rose. From the moment she walked in, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She was the sweetest person and made me feel comfortable, even though I had come in feeling down about my dental problems. She took the time to explain everything to me and offered reassurance that truly made a difference in my experience. I am so grateful for her kindness and the positive impact she had on my visit. Clinton Township Family Dental is the best dentist office I have been too, the staff Dr. Rabban are knowledgeable, compassionate, and made my expirenced exceptional. First of all the office looks exactly the same as it has since Dr Mindy owned it, no new renovations have been done. It's a very very clean office so things look new because they are taken care of. Second the walls are all full walls and there are surgical grade air purifiers visible that keep the air in the office super clean. Also the hygienists have vacuum systems for when they are polishing so that it vacuums up the aerosols that may get into the air to help keep the air clean. When I learned this I felt very safe. Dr. Rabban goes above and beyond any other dentist I've been too to keep her patients safe. Third the front desk staff was very transparent with the cost of all procedures and the estimated insurance coverage. They made sure I was aware every step of the way, and I've witenessed them do the same thing to other patients as well. I understand that my insurance company is a outside party that is not connected to the Dental office and they may not pay what they originally told me or the office (as insurance trys not to pay per usual) Dr Rabbans compassion and care exceed that of any dentist I have seen in the past, her warm personality and Dental expertise make me feel at ease when I'm in the Dental chair.
