I reserved several tables and chairs, which all came in great condition. On the day of, I was grateful for their flexibility with the pick up time. It was forecasted to rain that day and it would have been difficult to store all the rentals indoors for next day pick up. We ordered the bounce house and the cotton candy machine. Chuan and Leo arrived exactly on time and set up the bounce house in literal minutes. I have to say the quality and cleanliness of the bounce has was far superior to any Bay Area competitors we have gone with in the past. The kids had an absolute blast bouncing away, and no one got hurt, as the bounce house is very safely designed. I was initially a bit nervous about ordering the cotton candy machine, as I feared it would be complicated to figure out. However, Chuan assuaged that fear by sending a very helpful instructional video ahead of time and demonstrating its use during the delivery in the morning. I was so pleased we went with the cotton candy option- it was a real game changer for my 6 year-old' s party! I would 100% order this from them again. The bouncy house was huge with a bball hoop and slide inside. It was big enough for about 12-15 5 year olds - it was quite massive. They were professional, quick and easy. My five year old and his friends had a grand ole time, although I didn't realize that bouncy house for five year olds is the equivalent of fight club/mma cage fighting, but, hey, what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger.

I rented a jumper for my son's birthday and specifically chose a particular one because of the…read moreslide design. I have young kids jumping on it, and I didn't want a slide that was too steep or short. However, the company decided to "upgrade" me to a different jumper...and it's the one I intentionally did not choose or want. While I appreciate the thought behind the upgrade, I wish they had informed me beforehand. When I called and told them that the slide looked unsafe, the lady I spoke to reassured me that it was safe. My family host alot of parties and we rent a lot of jumpers. I know how fast these slides are.. and yet one of the kids did ended up falling out while coming down the slide and my older sister went down very fast and fell off too.. My only advice to the company is to please avoid upgrading customers without asking first. The jumper ended up being so stressful to have because the front slide was much steeper and shorter than what I wanted. I picked a certain jumper because I know how it is. Several parents including my mom voiced their concerns to me and I had to explain that this wasn't the jumper I selected. Otherwise, the jumpers was clean and new.
