I called in the morning and was quickly set up for a haircut with Rob. He is AMAZING. He's basically a hair surgeon- he takes time to listen to everything you want and checks in constantly throughout the process to explain what he's doing and make sure you're happy and comfortable. He even showed me how to blow out my hair at home to get the same look. He's a gem and gave me the exact cut I wanted. He knew I was nervous after my bad hair cut and was so patient with me. Before the cut, I asked him about getting some color on some pesky grays I've been getting. He told me he specializes in haircuts but introduced me to Laura who suggested I do a demi-perm on the grays since I have so few. She picked the perfect color and was awesome! So I walked in not knowing what I was going to do or get and left with the best cut I've received in a while and much more confident than when I went in.
