I needed to find a barber because my barber for the past 30 years is out on long term disability. This was my first haircut with Sam and it was fabulous! I like the welcoming vibe of the shop, everyone was friendly, coffee and doughnuts were available, if they served alcohol this place would be called Cheers! Sam was great! Wanted to know how I wanted the cut, like razor or scissors, tapered or full, etc. I acknowledged I didn't know the technical terms but kind of described what I wanted. Sam nailed it perfectly! I'll be back next month for my haircut and maybe a shave! It's not difficult to love this place instantly! Absolutely the best of the best. They moved here from their cherry hill location but it is still the same group of awesome people as before. It is also the same ambiance as the other location which if you will love if you haven't seen it before. First the staff is as friendly as you can get you get treated with open arms the second you walk in. Makes the experience that much more awesome. Second you will get an awesome haircut and shave. The staff here knows what their doing and how to do an awesome job at it. Getting my hair basically shaved and a super clean straight razor for my neck 25$. Seriously for what you get its a steak. Got an appointment same day within an hour of calling. Place was packed and even then they got me in and seated minutes within walking in the door. Found this neat barber shop after a bunch of testing of other places. The reality is my hair has limited style options, yet I keep trying to change it up. Twan was interested in my thoughts and did ground me to the realities. Twan worked his magic with intensity and craft and damn did it not look good! I thought I looked and smelt good too, well until my wife told she wasn't please with the "old man" smell. What the heck does she know anyway...more then me I guess, had to wash the after shave off... oh well for that one moment I experienced a great and relaxing time. Been here a few times. These guys do good work. Danny just trimmed me up and I gotta say I liked what he did. Asked him not too give me a short buzz fade and take me to the butcher shop, leave it long on the sides and shape up the top real good and he did exactly that. Can't complain. I saw someone else on here gave a 1 star review complaining about off color jokes being made or something... It's a barber shop not a town hall meeting. If you're super sensitive yeah ok go somewhere else but I don't fault a guy for joking around and keeping it fun. It's a dudes barber shop. If that's what you want, this is the place. read more

I've been coming here for the past 5 years and have had positive experiences with the following barbers/hair cutters; Alan, Danny, and a couple others that I can't recall the name of. Every experience has been great. This isn't your usual $10 hair cuttery experience. Alan takes his time cutting my hair and spends a solid hour making sure it's done right. I've tried all the popular local barbers near Cherry hill area... all the way from hair cuttery, unique barber shop to caravelli's & Justin's collingswood barber shop... & offcourse my mom's haircuts haha. After all those experiences, I'm glad I've found a legit barber shop that can cut my hair. Expect to pay $27 cash for the haircut (a dollar or two more if paying by credit card). It is on the high side but you get what you pay for. A quality haircut with hilarious conversion. Everytime I've been here(Saturdays AM), there's always donuts or snacks for patrons to enjoy along with a keurig machine. I'd recommend anyone in the area to check this place out because I'm a convert. I save up every 3 weeks so I can splurge on myself and get a legit haircut. There's plenty of parking in the Parking lot unlike their old location on Kings highway which is great. Make sure to make an appt. in advance because this place is busy. I also like how their front desk confirms your appointment with a phone call the day before. Alot of times I forget to set a reminder in my phone and it's great to have a backup reminder just in case. read more

So I recently grew out a buzz cut and I now currently have an undercut (I wear my hair in a messy pomp/quiff style). After coming home from college and not knowing where to go, I decided on this shop. Gotta say, these people are PRIME with working with you and they'll give you the exact cut you want! They definitely keep up with the latest hairstyles, and looking around I saw all sorts of hairstyles being cut, ranging from the "normal white male in his 40's with two kids and a minivan" hairstyle to the "I'm the guy who has his own YouTube style guru channel" haircut. I got home and took a shower and found not a single neglected strand - freakin awesome if you ask me. Honestly, they make you feel like a prince. A nice shampoo afterwards (FEELS SO FREAKIN GOOD, LIKE WHAT), a clean shave around the sides and back with shaving cream and a straight razor.....these guys are worth the money. read more

I've gone here around a dozen times and got my hair cut by almost all the barbers here and they are all very professional and they all cut good hair. It's very consistent which is very hard to find. It has the atmosphere of a traditional barber shop that you would see in Philadelphia mixed with a home-town vibe. It is very easy to make an appointment and their hours are better than most barber shops found in the area. The barbers are knowledgable and take into consideration current trends and will even match your haircut to the shape of your face. On my last and final visit, though, this bigoted moron treated me to some choice anti-Semitic remarks and Jewish "jokes," Being Jewish, this was extremely offensive, not to mention stupid. Got this place from yelp. Needed a beard trim and shave. Walked in around 5 was told we needed an appointment . There were only 3 customers in the store and one waiting. 3 hair cutters. Not crowded. Explained to the receptionist this was an emergency was told can't squeeze me in. I left went to Sports Clips. They did a great job and only charged $5 bucks! Won't come back here. read more

I'm visibly Jewish (wear a skullcap) and the first time he cut my hair, he considerately asked about any religious requirements as they relate to haircuts.
