The bathrooms were filthy, with visible dirt and dead bugs in each bathtub, and shower. There was minimal toilet paper, and paper towels and we actually ran out! you know what THAT means! I had to use a random hand towel for my bathroom needs, and that's just disgusting. There was NO HOT WATER for any showers and since I was part of a bridal party, it was extremely distressing to not be able to take a shower and get ready for the wedding! Further, the lodge itself was dirty, not what we expected for a wonderful wedding and I sadly watched the bride collapse in tears many times over this mess of a place that was supposed to have been her dream wedding. The cabinets were sticky with goo. Though the write up sounds fabulous and the photos they use are great looking, you will not find it is wonderful at all. Clearly, the owners did not have the place cleaned between rentals and certainly, they were not concerned at all about the bedbug infestation. would you want to rent a place, saving up your hard earned money and expecting to go to a great place in the mountains and have it turn out like this? I dont' think so. the owners are crazy people, too, so watch out! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They even had a sign on the highway welcoming us. It was so welcoming and terrific. The cabin was adorable. The bed was probably more comfortable than our bed at home that is Sterns and Foster. We had our own hot tub that was so relaxing - even at -2 degrees. Seeing the stars from the hot tub at midnight was gorgeous. Perfect trip - perfect place. You will not be disappointed.

We needed an emergency service done at a house in Lincoln and once I explained our situation and that we didn't even live in the state that we needed the service done they said not to worry and that they would take care of us. When most companies wouldn't even call back, Albright called back right away. I was asking to have a service done at a house that we would not be present at and I had to trust that they would get it done. I liked learning about why the sinks are in some of the actual bed rooms instead of the bathroom. Years ago the showers and toilets use to be communal and you only would have the sinks for washing up in your room. I thought that was so different!

We used these folks for a couple months a couple years ago, they cleaned our home once. A "DEEP…read moreCLEAN" as Lana said, pubic hair on 2 of 3 toilets, bathroom window left open in November, home overall not clean. Her promises were over the moon on her initial visit. OK no big deal. Her husband Don was also taken on as our plow guy, snowed a couple days before we came up, 5 inches of snow on driveway, I have a 4x4 pickup in the garage so I ran over it a few time still couldn't get my Prius with 4 studded snow tires up, waited till next morning to call Don he showed a few hours later and plowed it out. OK no big deal. Went up 2 weeks later, again it had snowed days earlier, one skinny plow path up the 100 yard drive and nothing touched in the parking area or in front of garage doors at all. Luckily I was in a 4X4 pickup with good ground clearance and made it up to the garage. I texted him a picture of the driveway and asked what's up? He freaked out on me calling me a big complainer and I wasn't worth his time. The text thread was hilarious, my Monday night hockey team was roaring laughing for 2 weeks over the text updates. I've been in business for 30 years, I know things don't always go smoothly. I was never mad at these folks at all but they both totally freaked out on me. I should have just dropped it but the text exchange with Don was too funny to pass up. In conclusion 4 times we used their services and 3 were unsatisfactory. I'd stay away from these folk unless you want some comic relief.

Additionally when we brought up items like us being charged $225 and one of her workers were only at the home for 50 minutes she was extremely rude. Additionally, we were forced to drive over 100 miles each way to take trash away from a renter. This would not be a problem, but her contract explicitly stated that she would do that for a fee. Bottom line is she has a terrible customer service coupled with poor cleaning- stay away!
