Or the fact that when I finally did see an NP she was barely in the room for two minutes. Then I see her recording our whole conversation on her iPad without disclosing to me that I am Being recorded. I could have let all this go if they had actually helped me but that was not the case. My throat was so bad and swollen I couldn't talk and had to have family come with me to communicate. Since I didn't have strep or Covid they sent me on my way with no meds or any kind of advice other than take advil and rinse with salt water which I had been doing for two weeks already. I had to pay $175 to be seen for two minutes and walk away with no remedy. Fast forward two months and my card was charged another $75 without my consent or any kind of notice. I called and complained for them to say it's policy and what I signed for when being seen. BEWARE! In the end I had to go to a different doctor and it turned out I DID need meds, I will be contesting the charges with my bank for fraudulent since there was barely any services rendered and the services received were less than adequate. Stay far away.

USA Vein Clinics - Our vein specialist treating patient in clinic

RUN away FAST! My single inject was miscoded as a surgery. The 2024 average cost for this…read moreinjection is $1,272, my insurance was billed $18,000. The billing department is a joke. They would not even look into the error. They billed my credit card, not the one on file with them, without my authorization. I had to cancel both insurance cards to ensure they would not continue to charge. I have requested my medical records twice and still have not received. It took three requests to get an itemized receipt of services performed. OH, and did I mention being sent another patients itemized receipt including procedures and fees. Sounds like a HIPPA violation to me! DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY - YOU'LL BE SORRY! Had to give them 1 star to get review posted - I'd give them -10 if it was an option!

I moved to another location in Mokena and was called and rescheduled four times before I was able to get in. When I showed up to my appointment they told me I was a new patient even though I had several treatments on my right leg and was going to start working on my left leg. They told me I would have to go through re-testing and do a new intake stating none of my information was transferred during their merge between the two companies. I had an appointment with Dr. Mohsin Sheikh who was wonderful and transparent about what was going on and let me know my previous provider left USA Vein Clinics all together. He has since left and no longer works there. They billed me for services 8 months later that I never received on a date of service that I was never at. I've fought with health comp and representatives from USA Vein Clinics staff regarding my bill that they could not explain and refused to provide any itemization for my appointments. The staff from USA then told me I'd go to collections and handle it with whoever they sent me to and hung up the call. I've attempted to call several times and no one will return any of my calls. Health Comp is in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau.

I've been seeing Dr. Bush since I was a teenager. I don't wanna give my age away or anything but…read moreit's been nearly 20 years now! I started seeing hm when I was a baby. LIterally. I was a virgin the first time I saw him and hadn't even seen a gynecologist before. He was wonderful from the very beginning and hasn't changed one bit over the years. Honestly, I can't say enough about him. Not only is he my favorite physician but he's the BEST doctor I've ever had. He's personable, skilled, gentle, warm and competent. He has a wonderful beside manner and truly cares about his patients. He's not the kind of doctor who will sit with you for five minutes and leave. He takes his time with each patient listening or offering medical information, opinions, advice and support. He'll also inquire about your personal life and speak openly about his life. He's truly a gem. I don't think he's old enough to be my grandpa but that's kinda what he reminds me of... a dad or grandpa. He's very much like a warm, parental figure. Perhaps I see him that since I've seen him for so long? He's the only doctor that I go out of my way to see (40 min drive) and the only one that I actually look forward to seeing! I told him during my last visit that I wish he could be my physician for everything!!! He laughed and said that a lot of his patients tell him that. That was of no surprise to me! If you google him you'll see that he's received stellar review across multiple sites that are well deserved. (Vitals, Google, Healthgrades) The only down side to seeing him is that the wait times are sometimes lengthy. Sometimes he's in surgery or other times he's just backed up from taking his time with each patient. My suggestion is to book appointments early in the day. That'll shave off some of the waiting time. Dr. Bush also has an office in Orland Park. The office in Flossmoor closed a few years ago. Dr. Bush shares his practice with his daughter, Dr. Cerise Bush and Dr. Maureen Mieteski. Dr. Bush also has a son (named John Bush!) who practices gynecology in the Park Ridge/Des Plaines area.

But my favorite aspect of this medical clinic is its Urgent Care After Hours facility. I have availed myself of its services on numerous occasions but the most memorable was New Years Eve. My husband and I had reservations downtown and I was whiling away the hours by cutting fabric for a new quilt, using my rotary cutter when I suddenly cut off about 1/3 of the tip of my left index finger. Holy Quentin Tarrantino, that sucker would not stop bleeding so my husband drove me here. When I checked in, the nurse, to her credit, did not even crack a smile when she asked the cause of my accident and I replied, "Quilting." I did, however, denote a bit of fun in her voice when she called out, "We've got a quilting victim here." Everyone there had nothing else to do but rush to see it and I got the care of my life. They stitched me up pronto and sent me on my way tactfully suppressing their mirth. We all agreed that the truly memorable New Years Eves in medical facilities all begin with Quilting accidents. And we made our reservations! Now that's a 5 star Medical group.
