Shortly after we finished talking on the phone, he sent me a list of items to provide for the pre-approval letter. Trung's turnaround was quick. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted! After my offer was accepted, the rest of the process was somewhat nebulous, but my real estate agent worked closely with Trung to help me through. Trung was with me every step of the way.
