My wife and I went there and decided to purchase 2 leather rocker recliners from them. After getting them it wasn't a month and both rocker recliners were breaking down. I called and they agreed to take them in and fix them. It was another month before the parts came in. They came and got the chairs, leaving us without anything in return, and "fixed" them with new mechanisms. It's been a month and now those mechanisms are popping and cracking like the first did. And to boot, the seat cushions are breaking down and are lop-sided. They peddle trash for a hugely inflated price and then patch-work them together. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH PLACES! $2500 for 2 chairs and they can't last more than a month?

My salesman was very friendly and knew about the appliances he had, both on the floor and in the back. Pros: Friendly staff. Constantly changing inventory. Staff willing to bargain with you. Financing is available. Cons: Small location makes the display of appliances seem a little cluttered, but that is not so bad. Delivery fees seem high to me... Prices seem a bit high for what is offered. Note: The salesman admitted to me that they buy used/discarded (i.e. refurbished appliances) from a Big Box retailer (you can guess). These are the applainces the retailer removes for free when you buy a new fridge or washer. So, you are basically getting someone else's headache with a very limited warranty. It is not necessarily a bad business concept, but it is one that is inherently compaint-laden simply due to the products being offered.

The man on the phone said they didn't have any but could give me the smaller model for $500. Out of curiosity I immediately messaged the Facebook account back and asked him to confirm they had the fridge model I had just called about and he gave me a thumbs up. There's the first tactic, lying to just get you in the door and then trying to sell you something else you don't want. I still ended up going to the store because I wanted to see the smaller model at $500 because it was a good deal and I could look past bad practices. I learned my lesson because when I showed up he said he could only do $600. Again I was lied to get in the door. Long story short I did not buy from them.
