My suggestion is to BE CAREFUL when hiring ANYONE. Make sure they are BBB accredited and check their resume. Its not the day anymore when you can truly trust anyone. I was told they didn't know anything about the delivery. Once the driver returned they would get my steps to me ASAP. These people DO NOT care about customers. Thus is my second incident with this store. It's very obvious the problem is management. Local, regional and corporate. I've contacted the store and corporate and no changes. You're better off going to Home Depot or Lowes. Anywhere but here!!!

I decided not to get the estimate on the third attempt as I believe this is indicative of how the company will respond when getting the actual work done should I have selected them.
