You can tell this is a man that takes pride in his work. The back of my photos were professionally finished with brown paper, his stamp and clear pads on the bottom to keep the framed pieces parallel to the wall. Something else that my husband noticed is that he marked the center!!!!! Yes, he marked the center and they're ALL balls on accurate; the same height.... EVERYTHING‼ A true craftsman. Thank you for making my photos "something to talk about".

I usually go earlier in the day and 95% of the staff are always friendly helpful and thank you for shopping at their store. Not today, first of all you couldn't find any staff on the floor which was fine as my wife and I knew where everything we needed was at, that's a good thing! When we went to checkout I always like to go to the checkout area that is manned, just old school, I guess. We were not greeted by the young lady at the checkout area, she was not helpful in assisting with on-line promotions, hardly said two words. acted like she didn't want to be at work, I'm sorry but that's why we support Michael's, the Staff is always friendly and very accommodating. We will continue to support but if the attitude doesn't change we may look elsewhere! For your reference we were there at about 16:43. Got my VA discount but like other store employees never tanked for my service!

They said it would take 2 weeks to do, and they called 12 days later when it was ready for pickup. Very pleasant people to work with. I would definitely recommend this place. One thing I would recommend to someone just replacing a small section(cushion, arm rest, etc), of leather on an old sectional or couch, is take your time picking out that new leather color. I rushed it just a bit, and wanted to match the original leather color, not the color of the worn areas. So, just take your time balancing out what color you want to match. Once again, these guys did a perfect job replacing the affected area with the leather of my choosing.

We have a couple more items to be done at a later time, but we will most definitely be using them again. Side note, we live in an historic district home, and we have neighbors interested as well. The work compliments the historic design. Great experience and thanks again Kevin and Mario!!

The whole experience from quote to completion was outstanding. Their quote may have been a little higher than others we received however they did everything, where as others would not. Communication was done via e-mail so everything was in writing and could be referred back to. It was so nice to hand them our keys this spring and come back this fall to a new kitchen and ceilings. We had a few phone conversations throughout the remodel and they provided photos of their progress. Upon our return we found a very clean house (popcorn removal is a messy job) and just a couple of very minor details which were promptly addressed. We delayed having cabinet pulls and a light installed so we could match them to the finished kitchen. We were so glad we did as this gave us an opportunity to meet a couple of the nice guys that had done much of the work. We were able to see first hand how carefully they prepped and covered the work area to protect things and skillfully worked on putting the finishing touches to our beautiful new kitchen. We took a chance by not being here to keep tabs on the work but felt comfortable after reading previous reviews and after meeting Thomas and his crew. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The office staff was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. We really appreciated Lindsey's suggestions when picking out countertops and stain for the laundry room cabinets. Per our contract timeline all the work was done in the time frame presented to us. The work crews always informed us on what they would be working on each day. They were presentable, friendly and polite. You could tell they took pride in the work they were doing. Our experience from start to finish was what we expected. If you're considering a remodel, big or small I would recommend Interiors by Thomas. You will not be disappointed!

After being fully paid in November, the remaining 10% of the project has still not been completed months later. I have called, texted, and tried reaching out multiple times with very limited response or communication. At one point, Rick told me they had a bigger project that took priority and that my job had been pushed to the back of the line. Unfortunately, that still doesn't excuse the complete lack of follow-through or communication. What started as a good working relationship turned sour very quickly. I am beyond frustrated with Rick's lack of professionalism and communication regarding finishing this project. I finally informed him that I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I've run out of options trying to get this resolved. My advice: be very cautious about making final payment until every part of the project is fully completed.
