My husband and I were first time home buyers and were very new in navigating the process of buying a home, luckily our realter gave us some of her recommendations and after doing some research we decided to go with Earl. We reached out to him and even though it was a weekend he set up a time to have a phone call with us immediately so we can keep things moving along. He made this process very easy, and he guided us every step of the way. He was very informative and on top of things, he made sure we understood everything throughout the process. He was readily available when ever we needed to contact him with any questions and concerns. Earl has made this process a lot less scarier and stressful for us, which in my opinion is very important as first time home buyers. He stuck with us from beginning to the end, there was even an issue that arose during our final walk through which had us in complete panic mode but we contacted Earl and he took care of the situation immediately with closing less than 24 hours away. Needless to say he contacted the sellers attorney and took care of the terms on our behalf and everything worked out fine. Closing day went great, we met at his office and handled all paperwork in a very timely fashion, we walked in and in a short time we walked out as official home owners. Earl made us feel like more than just another client, he even reached out to us about a month after our closing just to check in and see how everything was moving along with our move and renovations that we had told him about and that is genuinely great service. Thanks to Earl for all of his dedication, especially when buying a home during a pandemic.

Whatever my needs were at any given moment, whether it was legal, hooking me up with a needed adjunct professional, or just giving emotional support (and telling me to breathe), Scott was my man. I truly would never have gotten through it without him. He walked me through many processes that I was unfamiliar with and wasn't comfortable until he knew that I understood. He was compassionate, professional, and did he best to streamline our lengthy process (our fault, not his) to keep costs as low as he could for me. Additionally, he made sure that I received everything I was entitled to.
