Been trying to speak to the person supposedly preparing my taxes for several months now calling 28 times since February, Left a message everytime no return call, Finally spoke to Fran who explained what the issue is or might be. After sending what I can only guess at this point is the proper paperwork I am again at square one with no return calls I'm not even sure if they've recieved it. Sufficiently ignored would be my best description of my preparers customer service, would prefer someone who let's their clients know what's going on with their money, I am terrified of going to jail over my taxes if they aren't filed again.
