I even showed the receptionist working, my call list to prove when I called and when they called me back and how long the conversation was. It's incredible how the most basic fundamental business skills may be talking over the phone, and they couldn't get that right. I have called in the past and there was no answer. So this incident was the tipping point. I have had services in the past year at the Heat salon with no complaints. Well this time maybe there are new staff who lack the basic communication skills.
