A burst of pinks and sequins and florals, shiny mirrors and ponies, this place is OTT fem. Definitely has a target audience in mind. While the merchandise is quirky adn attractive, I feel that the novelty wears off as you browse the rest of the boutiques in Cavern Walks; they seem to stock the same, or similar items, which while different to the general high street shops are not remarkably different from each other. This aside, Boudette is a lovely shop,the staff aren't too haughty and in context i.e for Cavern Walks, the prices aren't extortionate.

The reason that this place is so memorable is due to its sheer vastness which really is something to behold. There is floor after floor of bargain shopping and no matter what your opinion of Primark is there really is a bargain to be had for all here. This place is always packed and can feel over crowded at times but if you bag a good deal then it is worth all the hassle most definitely. The staff here are okay too although the waiting times can be a little bit extortionate. If you are in Liverpool city centre and don't mind a bit of a wait then check it out you might pick up a little treat for yourself.

Located on Church Street, it is basically right bang in the heart of the One and the centre of Liverpool so the location here is really good, the store is quite large and is in an old building so is nowhere near as modern on the outside, or even the inside as other Primark stores I have visited including stores in Gateshead, Cardiff, Newcastle and Amsterdam, most of which I have visited in the past and awarded a three-star rating to. A lack of renovation could let the store down more than ever now, following H&M locating into the old BHS unit, with a more modern store as the retailer is similar to Primark so action is needed soon. This branch of Primark in a way reminds me of Southport's store, inside it isn't too impressive or modern - which is a shame and it contradicts what you would expect considering Liverpool is a big city, the second biggest in north-west England. I didn't like this store, not just because of the poor overall feel but it just was really untidy, I lost count of clothes on the floor before even getting to the men's section (the ladies section os on the ground floor), and by the looks of things, it looked like it had been that way for a while and staff were unbothered by it, and not doing anything to change it, making it an unsatisfactory and unpleasant place to shop overall. An untidy, uninspiring store which even lets Primark down, if you compare this to other branches of Primark including those in Gateshead and Amsterdam, which I did like, it looks like a completely different store, mainly down to the overall feel, staff and cleanliness of a store, this isn't a store I can reccomend or justify anything over a one-star rating for on this occasion.

They might fall short of selling food but they do have a basic cafe/restaurant where you can have a hearty lunch for cheap prices. Its the nature of their departments that makes them so popular with people of all ages. I can't think of anything they don't sell, especially when it comes to domestic requirements. Their crockery ranges from low to high standards similarly with their electronic appliances so whatever you are seeking, there should be an item that wins you over 9 out of 10 times. Not to mention, the same goes with shoes; the place is packed with them! And clothes too, the list is endless. If you're looking to treat yourself or find a gift, then TJ's is probably your first port of call.

These bargains usually end up as my birthday or christmas presents. Like the much lamented Lewis' which has closed down on Renshaw Street, TJ's is a landmark store within the city. It is a much more modest department store than Lewis' was and can be seen as more of a front runner to the now universal pound shops. The key to TJ's is the bargains. It covers all sorts of quality products and ranges - although nothing exclusive or top of the range - and at the cheapest possible prices.

Chimond News manages to carry most of the basics for such a small shop, so if you need your newspaper or magazine you can probably find it here, and you can certainly find cold drinks and snacks. Everything for sale in the shop is handmade. I had a chat with the owner of the shop while I browsed the clothing, and she was very friendly, as most small shop owners in Grand Central seem to be. Her shop is obviously her baby, and she puts a lot of effort and care into everything she makes. The Silver Birch line of clothing comes from Sarah Birch, another clothing designer who is friends with the owner of Enola Rose. Now that they have arrived in a prime location, however, EFC has a flagship store in the heart of L1. I was a little disappointed with the choice of clothing as I would have liked more casual streetwear or retro kits, however, there is loads to choose from in terms of kits - the new away kit is a clever bit of marketing depsite being bright pink as loads of mums and girls have been snapping this up - everything a young lad needs to deck out his bedroom and football related branded items.

Compared to its counterpart, it is a lot more intricate in design and polished, serving two floors each of which sells the usual products. Everton Two is somewhat different though because it probably has more gifts and memorabilia available for your collection with some brief history to remind you as you browse through its store. You'll be able to order your new t-shirts for the new season here in advance with ease as staff are always on hand to help. If you're lucky to bump into one of the players on a special day like mine, seeing Tim Cahill then you'll appreciate the shop even more unless you're a Red of course!
