Envy Nails: The Best Pedicure Experience in Hot Springs…read more Envy delivers hands‑down the best honey and milk pedicures in Hot Springs. From the moment you sit down, you can tell they take real pride in their work. The techs are gentle, detail‑oriented, and incredibly friendly -- the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely cared for instead of rushed through. The pedicure itself is amazing: relaxing, thorough, and unbelievably refreshing. They take their time with every step, from the soak to the scrub to the massage, and the results show. My feet have never looked or felt better. The polish was flawless, the shaping was perfect, and everything felt clean, professional, and comfortable. If you want a pedicure that feels like an actual treat -- not just a quick service -- Envy is absolutely the place to go. I walked out feeling pampered, polished, and already planning my next visit. A true 5‑star experience.

I had a brow and lip wax with Jennifer Saturday 8/29/26. This was the most detailed and in depth…read morebrow wax ive ever had. She popped on some magnifying glasses with a light and proceeded to painlessly wax, pluck, and trim my brows. Ive only had a brow wax at regular nail salons and this was 10x better. She took her time and made sure they looked perfect. I also had a pedicure with Jennifer after the wax. Once again, this is not your average experience at a "nail place." This was a complete spa experience from beginning to end. My feet have never had so much attention and have never been so taken care of. She pointed out some issues with my nails and cuticles that no one has ever mentioned before. Because lets be honest, when you get the usual nail place pedicure, its in and out in 15 min and they dont truly care about your feet or talk to you about any issues. Jennifer cared. Jennifer cares alot, you can tell when talking to her that this spa is her baby. She loves the spa, values her employees, and truly cares about the clients and the services she provides. Jennifer is passionate! I was having a shoulder issue over the weekend so I booked a 60 min deep tissue massage with Elyse for Tuesday 9/1/26. Best massage ive ever had. Elyse took time to listen to why I was coming in and what I wanted to achieve by getting the massage. She let me pick areas I wanted the most focus on and checked in several times to make sure it wasnt hurting. Can't wait to book with her again soon. The spa is clean and decorated so nicely. The receptionist is a gem and so friendly. She will offer you drinks while you wait and answer any questions you have. I also got a tour of the whole spa setup. Cannot recommend A More Beautiful You enough! 10/10

Every service that I have had has been incredible. I did the Hydrafacial. It was incredible. It gave my face an instant glow and she pulled all this gunk out of my skin! It was the coolest thing. I got to see my "gunkie" jar. They customize your facials or Hydrafacial to your skin and the ZO Skin Health line by Dr. Obagi has transformed my skin. I had a massage with Paul. He has the best massage hands ever. He also did this technique on me called Counterstrain to relive pain and inflammation in my back. I had instant relief. Counterstrain is amazing! It drains the lymphatic system and allows pain and inflammation/swelling to disappear. It helps with so many illnesses, ailments and speeds up recovery time after surgery. I went onto www.counterstrain.com like the staff showed me and it's incredible how many things it can help or heal. I also did the Japanese Head Spa. 1 hour of total relaxation as you receive an oil treatment, scalp scrub, mask with steam, shampoo/conditioner with hot towels, a foot sugar scrub and massage with lotion, blowout and style. It left my hair feeling amazing and very clean! I had a manicure/pedicure. She did a great job and she didn't hurt me! Slimwell Cocoon-I love that thing. It has 22 settings on it. From weight loss, cellulite loss, wellness, power nap, to brighten and cleanse. It also is great for pre/post massage. It has a near/mid/far infrared. Your head sticks out so you aren't claustrophobic. It does your whole body and face. It is so rejuvenating and healing for the body. Then last but not least, I did the 3-D biofeedback machine. Molly was amazing. She has this machine and it uses sound frequency to detect any allergens in the body. Any ailments or markers for illnesses. It is not painful. You're literally wearing headphones and this thing shows her a 3-D image from the top of your head to the sole of your feet. She can look at every organ and send sound frequency back into that area to heal from within. Then she gave me a report and told me what vitamins or changes in my diet I needed to make! She found my autoimmune in 45 mins and it took drs 12 years to find. Pretty incredible. I will come back time and time again to experience what I have experienced here. Now I hear they are offering more services soon. I believe it is hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, permanent makeup, laser hair reduction, and possibly more. They told me they wanted to be a one-stop shop and they are! Best spa I've ever been to! Highly recommend.
