Poor service, barely did anything to my car, didn't even clean it, and blatantly tried to rip me off. Best to avoid sending your car here.

**WORRIED ABOUT SAFETY OF FAMILY AFTER CAR SERVICE**…read more Car was serviced 6/5/2025 and charged $645 (including pink slip). They day after start-stop system error displayed as in pictures below. Returned to garage 09/5/2025 and told error due to 4 failing spark plugs (unlikely) and charged $830. (coincidentally needing replacement the day after a full service) 07/07/2025 oil Pressure (below picture) error appeared, I could not believe oil pressure could be low as just had serviced at Bondi Junction auto repairs (receipt including oil change below). when driving back from driving kids swimming lessons, car started making strange noises (FELT UNSAFE DRIVING CAR) and engine warning light came on, luckily pulled by on side of road next to autospares store. Checked oil dipstick and it was BONE dry, no oil to be felt on dipstick. Whilst kids crying in back of car we filled 2.5L of motor oil into the engine in half a litre lots. When we returned to express concerns the manager today we spoke to offered no apology or concern for what had happened after they had serviced the car. The manager spoken to today stated "you don't have proof" in a smug way. He offered to look at the car again but after a service costing $645 + $830 (return after service), I suggested they may not be the best business to be able to service or work out what was wrong with the car and I would take it to a known mechanic. (at cost to me) This business works in the automotive industry but does not even understand the basics of automotive safety and do not bat an eyelid if an issue they likely caused may results in engine failure. Asking for proof when things go wrong after a service is despicable, the onus I would have thought would be on the business to explain all the "coincidences", if they cant do that I must admit I've been taken for a ride (and not the fun kind!) Bring your car here for service or repairs AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

SCAM SHOP! Should have listened to the reviews. Walked away feeling ripped off even after a price…read morereduction when I confronted them about work that was carried out without my knowledge. First off a basic service was $400 which seems a bit rich and they didn't explain what was done as part of that just presented me with the paperwork (0 customer service....). A reoccurring theme throughout the reviews I read were buffing headlights and degreasing the engine and surprise surprise I was hit with both to pass my blue slip. I think they must get confronted quite often as 3 of them behind the desk when on the offense as soon as I mentioned the bad reviews.... I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but really wish I hadn't. Won't be returning to this "business" and I'd suggest you avoid them too.

I was desperate, looking for a workshop around the area for my rego. I have used these guys in the…read morepast once to wash my car, they are ok but not great, there's not much attention to detail, they are expensive, your better off at a self serve. Anyways I took in my 2013 Audi for a rego check and was told the car had to be left in for a couple of hours, which was weird considering it usually takes less than an hour. When I was called back I was presented with a list of repairs totalling about $5k and I would not be able to renew my rego unless fixed. They said it will never be approved anywhere. I found this odd considering my car is low mileage, very well maintained with a great history of receipts and log books from Audi only. I decided to go to this place due to convenience as it was nearby but I made a mistake. I was shocked, so I took the car back and went back to Audi, my car turned out to be great and I had to just replace a faulty globe for $25, which these guys didn't even pick out. I got my rego done now and have learnt my lesson to stick to my dealership where the service is not only reliable and genuine but fast and much more cost affective. I made the mistake thinking I could cut cost, I was also advised that these kind of hustling was common and should be reported. I dealt with Michael at the workshop, and would be careful, he seems polite at first but mostly misleading. There is another larger guy there who is very rude and would try everything to discredit you. I was told it is common to come across hustlers like this in affluent areas of Sydney especially and it is common to be taken advantage of, its worst if your a female or don't look local. I would highly not recommend anyone to go here. You will not have peace of mind, and this whole experience just shows me how untrustworthy and how inexperienced these guys are. They are a car wash not a workshop, above all they will rip you off. I wouldn't believe the whole Japanese car wash hype on the website or even the reviews on google. It almost seems like the reviews are fraudulent or even fake. I scrolled down to the negative reviews and it seems like we all had the same experience. I don't want to come off negative. I usually leave reviews like this when I have truly been cheated or left with a bad taste. It's not good to hustle and take advantage of people. Especially when safety is involved. Please don't make the mistake I made. They can come back with a response to this review if they like. I am happy to challenge them as I have physical evidence, and I am considering reporting my experience to fair trade and the relevant bodies. Stay safe guys.

After getting it towed to Michael I waited for a quote with bated breath and fear.
