Wow...I can't say enough about how amazing Vic and his team was for supporting our transportation…read moreneeds. We attended Cheersport at the convention center with a bunch of teenage girls and their moms. We used Vic and his team for travel to and from the center. Vic was AMAZING with the girls, getting them all pumped for their performance with a great playlist, awesome lights in the van, and even Karaoke. When the girls won, he was their biggest fan. In addition to the big bus, we also had additional drivers in vans who were equally friendly and engaging. Hands down, his team made this a special weekend for the girls and their moms! My wife wasn't able to pick me up so I had booked them for pickup for my return flight. There was supposed to be a BIG snowstorm in Atlanta that turned out to only be a couple of flakes; some light flurries (the Sun came out!) that didn't even stick and the roads and interstates remained open with light Atlanta traffic, which is considered heavy in other major US cities. And this Big Ike from Cleveland or somewhere has the gaul to tell me at the last minute while i'm in my seat right before takeoff. Then he says, "Sorry, I can't pick you up due to the conditions,"! What conditions!? By God, if you commit to picking someone up, you do it! Don't apologize! You take responsibility for it and don't let it happen again! Then you commit to finding a solution! I'd pick somebody up in a tank if i had to! THAT's what they SHOULD have done! And they say they run an airport transportation service!
