Moo Moo Express Car Wash - Marysville

Moo Moo Express Car Wash - Marysville

Moo Moo opened here in Marysville last summer and I finally got a chance to give it a go. The…read moreplace is very clean and neat since it's new of course and it's not got a ton of people milling about doing various things like the Goo Goo Car Wash (which I like as well) which is nice. The prices are a little high but we went ahead and got the best, I believe it's called the Ultimate, for $18. Our vehicle was guided into the loop by a woman working near the front of the wash and from there it was as simple as putting it in neutral and keeping your hands off the steering wheel. We also got a free cloth for cleaning our dash and a nice little air scent freshener to hang from our rear view mirror. Our first trip through left a little soap on our back end I think because I pulled into the wash a little quickly but the lady working was really nice and just allowed us to take a second trip through to get all the soap off (definitely don't want to leave any soap on a vehicle as it can damage the paint). In the end our car was sparkling clean. I'm a fan of this car wash and I will use it a good bit. It's conveniently located downtown, its prices are a little high for a wash in my opinion but in line with most major car washes (obviously the cheapest and best way is to do it yourself if you have the time but not all of us do so..). I'd recommend Moo Moo.

I have to be honest, the car wash itself (in terms of overall cleaning effectiveness) seemed to be…read morea just above average. Most areas of my CR-V were cleaned well but the back of my vehicle had a small circular (about 1.5-2sq ft) area directly in the middle where it did not even get wet. I could still see the dry salt marks so I know it hasn't been touched. I have 1/4 mile drive home so I know that wasn't the problem. But I also was on the phone with customer service (Lynn) about 5 minutes before the wash started and all the way until the wash ended because of some technical issues and she was an amazing person to be helped by! She helped more than I would expect someone to help by resolving the initial issue and then she even gave me a discount on my next car wash for any trouble I had. I also mention that to say while I was pulling into the car wash it was hard to focus on pulling in "perfectly" because I knew a horde of customers behind me wanted to get their car washed and I was discussing the issues on the phone so instead of creeping into the garage I accidentally pulled in quickly and then I may have gone a bit too far. So all that to say the missed spot on the trunk could've been my fault. So I choose 5 stars for an above average car wash WITHOUT the rubber/hard fabric things smacking my vehicle and putting tons of micro scratches in the clear coat and a second to none customer service experience! Thank you Suds Brothers!

Don't waste your time and money. I was taken in by the ads…read moreand decided to try the Suds brothers. I went for the top of the line wash, costing $15. My car got wet, but that is about all. The wash was so ineffective that a dead bug on the windshield when I went into the wash was still there when I left. Not baked on dead bug residue, but a recently departed bug , with wings and identifiable body parts. After the wash I ran my finger across a fender and left a clean streak in a layer of dirt. Hate to tell you Suds brothers, but a little bit of soapy water and LOW pressure spray doesn't clean a car. Seriously, it's not good.
