I purchased a Branson tractor from Elliot At the Appleton branch last spring/summer ('19) after extensive shopping around. Love the tractor, does everything I need it to do and then some. Got a great deal and the customer service is second to none. Any little issue is taken care of immediately, I send Elliot a text or email and he comes to my place to pick the tractor up (45 miles away) the next day. Always goes the extra mile to take care of me and communicates to me what is going on and what they are doing to remedy the issue.
