He claims to know his Profesion but didnt know what i or himself could legally do in our situation. I was going to with hold a portion of payment untell everything got settled with the insurance company. You have to right to with hold payment till work is completed and you are satisfied. If you never pay then it could become a small claims issue. Unless the shop has a lean on the vehicle. Then they can hold and even potentially keep the vehicle. I Had to call cops to get my truck back. And yes, I did get it back after calling. Wes calls anyone with usaa insurance a idiot, that he is smarter than anyone with usaa because, well I never got a reason. ( wonder if he feels that way about all our troop or just the ones with usaa) I think he feels that alot of people are stipid. He also claims to love to fight and invited me to come down to his shop to fight. All over them being told by the insurance company that is was their fault(or the fault of whoever he had look at car ) that the problem was not properly identified and they should cover the cost for extra rental car days. I didnt say that, he was angry about what the insurance company said and took it out on me. Everyone else is nice but that does not make up for his rudeness. The man wouldn't even let the cop talk. Please never use these people. They don't need to get business because it seems to be so hard for him and he doesnt make enough to even male it worth it. (his words not mine)With I'm sure he will respond if possible to this because I don't think he can help himself. Just remember this happend and even if he sugar coats it, I'm still a very un satisfied customers and if you look at reviews then that probley matters to you. BTW I gave them 2 months to get parts and still had to wait 2 weeks for them to get parts and then do the repairs. That was after I droped the car off.

Fearing that we may have picked up a nail, a local resident recommended Hometown Auto Repair. As it turned out, she was so right. They attended to my car quickly. Inspected the tires and found no nails, but did find that the air presser was a little low in all tires. They brought the presser to the correct levels. There was no charge. Even the gratuity I offered was politely declined. I get to Baraboo twice a year. In the future, if I should ever have auto difficulties while there, I would not hesitate bringing my car to Hometown Auto Repair.
