As we were all on pins & needles, we didn't get our answer until after 10AM this morning. My agent called Pamela, text her, and sent her emails, with no replies. To say the least, I didn't get much sleep last night. How inconsiderate of her not to reach out to all the people who made offers on this property/their agents to just let them know there had been a delay. Not a very caring Agent, knowing clients/buyers are waiting. I prefer considerate agents/team members. One who realizes buyers are anxiously waiting to hear if their offer was accepted. There are tons of RE Agents out there, and who want your business, and this isn't a team I would recommend based on the experience I had this past weekend. If you are searching for an agent/team who understands your time, and who is considerate, caring and compassionate......search elsewhere!

To make this process even more challenging, my wife was 6 months pregnant with our first child. We flew out to Charlotte on Thanksgiving night to look at houses. Kelly Smith was the realtor my wife was working with, and since she was going to be out of town for the holiday, Kent Temple filled in for her. From the first 5 minutes after meeting Kent, you know you are in good hands. Kent makes you feel like you are part of his family, hes honest, willing to help in any way, and will answer any kind of crazy questions you may have...trust me, I ask all kinds of questions. Unfortunately we were not able to find a home when we went looking with Kent, and Kelly was able to pick up where Kent left off. Since we were in a hurry to move, Kelly helped up find a rental while we look for a house to buy. I cant begin to say enough good things about Kelly. She is one of the most organized, helpful, and willing to show as many houses as it takes. Kelly was always available to us and would always promptly respond to email / calls. Kelly over communicates in order to be very clear that she understands what we want and that we understand what she advises. We felt very comfortable working with Kelly as she did not push us into homes nor did she push us away from homes. Instead she asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we were unsure, we asked her for her personal/professional opinion and only then would she influence our decision. What you look for when you choose a realtor may be different for everyone, but I can vouch that with Kelly and the Temple Team you will get someone who will do her best to help you get the home that you want

Misty had to rapidly jump in and take control of a deal that was rapidly deteriorating due to previous realtor's unprofessional behavior. She was able to jump in quickly and save our deal and ultimately end up closing with us. She was able to take more than a small amount of difficulties and take them in stride with a positive and professional attitude. My deal would have collapsed without her. She is very knowledgeable of laws and the buying process. Any buyer would be blessed to have her as their buying realtor. Thanks for your hard work and positive attitude Misty!!! Our current home was a short sale and could have been a disaster with all the paperwork and time required to get full approvals. However, Dustin and his team were on top of everything. They set the expectations in the beginning; they knew exactly what paperwork needed to be completed; they had all the right contacts to move the process along; and most importantly, they were punctual in their follow through and service. We also work with Dustin to manage our rental property. His knowledge of the rental market is extremely valuable. What I like the most is that Dustin works with clients that he would want to rent from or with clients that he would let rent his home. This was extremely comforting to us. Just weeks before our stay, I was informed that they no longer had the property available, and I was out of luck. Now we are stuck with plans to meet our family out of state and no where to stay given the proximity to Thanksgiving. Totally unprofessional, and absolutely ridiculous. For a "solution" was provided options that were not large enough to sleep our families, or much more expensive and out of our budget ranges. All we get is a "well we are sorry" Avoid these people at all costs
