We refused to pay this additional cost and asked that our furniture be returned. After months of promising to return it he surprised us be saying the repairs had been made. Upon returning the furniture, almost a year later he proceeded to tell us he would not recommend sitting in the furniture because it may not hold. I told him if I had known this I would not have had him do any of the work, which I also told him not to do. After i complained he changed his tune to say it would be okay to sit in. I am completely disappointed with this whole event and certainly will not be using him again.

Today, my five year old accidentally pulled one of our shades too hard and it become detached from the roller mechanism. I called Alexander Blank and one of their wonderful installers was at my house within 30 minutes (and at the end of the workday). He was able to fix it and even looked at the other shades in the house and tweaked them to make sure they were working as well as possible.
