Any maintenance issues have been addressed that same day and I really like how the managers are always available to talk to either in person or via email. I love being so close to downtown Cincinnati and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Covington. There are two very nice club rooms/lounge areas that can be reserved for events or parties, a huge gym that includes a sauna, pet spa, coffee/espresso machine with custom drinks, Luxer One locker package system, Tide lockers for your dry cleaning, I mean the list just goes on and on. You can't beat the amenities here!

The building is located right on the banks of the Ohio river, on the Covington, KY side, and features stunning views of the entire Cincinnati skyline. I like this location because it is close to Cincinnati (accessible by footbridge), but not as congested as Cincinnati in terms of parking. The building was completely renovated recently offers studios , and 1 and 2 bedroom units- all of which are spacious, with high ceilings and large decks that offer spectacular views. I love that the building includes many amenities; community terrace with firepit, pet friendly, a huge fitness facility, and 24/7 attended security in the lobby. I can't give enough praise for this awesome new apartment building!

Located on the border of the Licking Riverside Historic District, the 1880s-style architecture blends in with the the legendary community of Covington's heyday. The Historic District is lined with trees, small green spaces, and a mix of Italianate, French Empire, and Victorian-era buildings. These apartments have been newly erected, and as such, boast modern interiors. You won't find exposed bricks or lofty ceilings here. Roebling Row caters to the traditional box-style apartment with a spacious great room, bedrooms with large closets, and laundry in every unit. Some even come with balconies that overlook the beautiful Cincinnati skyline and Roebling Suspension Bridge. Parking is somewhat of a problem. There is a small lot for residents in the rear of the building, but its filled by early evening. Across the street is metered parking which is free between 5:00pm and 9:00am. This is fine if you work first shift, but you could find yourself moving your car around if you're on a different schedule. Amenities include a fitness center, sundeck, and storage on every floor. There are also some swanky perks like an ice maker on the fridge, a built-in microwave, two car garages, and organic produce delivery. During the summer, a farmer's market sets up shop on the weekends right around the corner. Roebling Row is also right across the street from some delicious local pubs like Keystone, Blinkers, and Molly Malone's. All of this, of course, comes with a price tag. If it's in your budget, Roebling Row is a fantastic and gorgeous place to live. RENT: 1 Bedroom: $1000 / month 2 Bedrooms: $1300 - $1800 / month

Split the approximately $1300/mo in rent and you've got yourself a location that's walking distance from Mainstrasse, the Licking River Historic District, The Banks, Paul Brown, Great American Ballpark, Sawyer Point, and the rest of Downtown. #2: Parking can be a bit rough at times. The positive here is that RR offers free off-street parking in the private lot behind the building. The negative is that the lot is often filled up by 8pm. Plenty of free off-street parking is available between 5pm and 9am. #3: While the exterior of the building may look cool and contemporary, the interiors of the units are your standard-fare apartments, replete with beige carpet and white walls. It's not a bad thing, just think of it as a blank canvas with which to work with. #4: The general age of the residents is closer to 145 than to 25. I wish I were exaggerating, but yeesh, there is definitely a lack of people my age in this building. Then again, maybe they're just avoiding me. #5: The staff and maintenance are 98% excellent. I haven't had any personal complaints about them, but I've heard a few stories from other residents. Nothing big, just small stuff. If you've got a roommate, I can't recommend this place enough, especially with the potential to have the Roebling Bridge, Ascent, and the upcoming Riverfront Park just outside your door!

I want to love it here so badly because i just went through hell and highwater to get where i am…read morenow..... but i realized i live under a herd of what sounds like 8 elephants! my neighbors are absolutely insufferable to live near ...their kids are up at 6am banging, running through the house, every. single. day. of the week ! i swear i heard one of them bouncing a BASKETBALL at 8am one morning. everyone in the house walks around with lead shoes because i can hear every single step, witch is mostly just kids running...then when the other neighbors start banging or yelling, an annoyed adult STOMPS into the front room, then STOMPS back into the bedroom and slams the door. i have several videos of the surrounding neighbors going up and banging on their door and yelling at them to watch their damn kids . other neighbors being FED UP and banging on the walls back, because they're simply tired of the constant noise issues . when i say it is constant... all day long from about 6-7am till at least midnight every night, it is absolutely horrendous to have to deal with . i myself have two kids . that is exactly why i put us on the GROUND floor. so i dont terrorize the people under us with insane amounts of noise . but some people truly dont care that their kids are making life hell for everyone surrounding them . i'm not saying i expect them to just sit down 24/7 but Jesus christ. GET UP AND BE A PARENT TO YOUR KIDS INSTEAD OF HIDING IN THE BACK BEDROOM! these same children apparently ruined my back bedroom and bathroom wall (before we moved here but absolutely should've been something that was mentioned to us instead of finding out from other people) because they were pouring cups of water onto the bathroom floor witch cause significant water damage, the entire wall and floor had to be replaced bc a parent is too lazy to get up and watch their kids ? i can only imagine how bad it's going to be once school is out for the summer.... i do like my other neighbors everyone else is quiet people that just want to have a peaceful home like myself and my family want . but some people need to be threatened with fines when the fact you aren't watching your kids is effecting EVERYONE around you? then maybe it's time to work on some things or be made to leave ? and trust me that's the last thing i want for them. but it's genuinely insane to listen to 24/7.

Our experience with the office was great from the beginning. They always answered our phone calls and responded to our emails promptly. They were able to find a unit for us when we made a last minute change to the date, moving it up by one month. They were also able to find a garage for us. We arrived after a long 5 Day drive from Nevada and we were very happy to find everything we needed in our two bedroom, two full bathroom condo. It is indeed fully furnished, and with all of the amenities we needed to cook a meal that night. They even left cleaning supplies, laundry soap and softener, dish soap, etc AND a snack basket with two water bottles, a package of spaghetti pasta and a jar of pasta sauce for us! There appear to be 12 units in each building, and each building is three stories high (4 units on each floor). There is not an elevator in our building, however the main floor units appear to be easily accessible from the parking lot. We need to take the stairs up to our unit on the third floor, and there are stairs that lead down to the first floor. All mailboxes for our building are located on the main floor, as soon as you enter the building. There is an intercom system for visitors to use at the front door. (The front door to the building is locked and you must have a code to enter). The intercom system allows us to talk, listen, and to push a button to let visitors into our building. This is very handy to have for deliveries! The soundproofing seems to be very good because we've been here for four days now and we haven't heard any noise from our neighbors, doors slamming, etc. There's plenty of outdoor parking spaces available. We have a garage for one car (paying an additional $85 per month) and are using the outdoor parking spaces for our other two. This is a very dog friendly area, with a few dog waste stations (fully stocked with poop bags in case you forgot to bring some!) and it's a lovely green, grassy area to go for a walk with your dog. The location is very conveniently located to shopping (Kroger and Kroger fuel, Trader Joe's, Dillards, DSW...), restaurants (many good restaurants within a 5 mile radius), and not too far from the highway. The rental price isn't cheap, but we think it's quite reasonable for being fully furnished, with all of the amenities and supplies that they left us with. We are very happy with our stay here so far, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a temporary or long term furnished apartment in this area.
