My…read morefamily is passionate about these delicate (but difficult) pastries and we're always eager to try them. I brought home an assortment of 16. Overall, they were quite good, though some uneveness as to texture of the cookies: some were perfect in crumb and moistness, but others were either a tad dry or a bit gummy. Perfection in macarons is hard to achieve, but Bouillet came pretty close! (though I think Pignols nearby, does nail it!)

They have some other interesting flavor combinations I would try next time including apricot and thyme. Relative to how highly priced macaroons are in the US, the pricing here was very fair. I would definitely return.
