I came in with a laptop showing no signs of life…read morepanicking after two big chain stores said that they couldn't help me and I thought I was going to need a whole new one. 20 minutes later with Boom IT and the laptop is good as new! The team was so sweet and I've never experienced such amazing service! I don't understand the bad reviews on this place at all- I 100/10 recommend this store and they will now be my go to for any and all future tech issues. For starters they were rude right out the gate on the phone. I wasn't even going to do business…read morewith them at all and called their admin to tell them how I was treated. Kira convinced me that was not how they do business and I brought in my OC for repairs. Then I was back to dealing with the rude employees. They tried charging me 450 for a less than 200 dollar motherboard replacement. Then if course I get upsold on a brand new system. Problem was after my first experience I left a review about how I was treated. Well the crybaby owner decided he doesn't like accountability and refused my service demanding I come collect my broken PC. I was refunded the service cost but the side of my PC case looks like they took a belt sander to it. Do not bring anything here. Don't buy anything here. People like this don't deserve to be In business
