The woman who I think was the manager was friendly and helpful (she helped me pick out a colour as well - even after I sat down she brought options over to me while my feet were soaking). The technicians were fun and did good jobs - but I had noticed that the last 3-4 pedicures I've had (I travel a lot and seldom go for pedis so they're all in different places) don't do a great job of callus removal - so maybe times have changed since I used to come out with baby soft feet (or maybe my feet are past the baby soft stage of life ) But the experience was great and we ended up playing a fun game - can't share my secrets with you but staff and other clients all played along and everyone was smiling!) I would go back again - everyone was so nice and the massage and hot stone and hot towel was wonderful!

Last the food and activties: all great This kind of retreat is perfect for busy, stressed out, professionals... If I weren't living on the other side of the planet, I would probably schedule a retreat every 3 months.

She's extremely knowledgeable about colon health, liver detoxification, and how colonics works in our internal organs. I've learned so much from her. Her approach is very gentle and professional and will help you feel at ease and comfortable as she expertly guides you through the process. She's highly skilled at guiding you through the experience and will help you feel amazing. I seriously LOVE my experience with her. After each treatment, I feel AMAZING!!! It's such a satisfying experience. I literally sing and dance before my appointment lol because I'm so happy I'm about to have another treatment with her! I'm not the only one. I once was in the waiting room and saw the guy before me dance out (no exaggeration lol I thought I was the only weirdo who gets inspired to dance by colonics lol) because he was so happy with the experience and results. The coffee + chlorophyl colonic combo is the best! Coffee helps your liver and colon detox and release bile and other toxins, while chlorophyl helps calm down and relax your system while enhancing the detox effects. I live a fairly healthy lifestyle and have a fairly clean diet, but it always blows my mind to see how much colonics can help me release and detox deeply. If you want optimal detox & cleansing effects, I recommend doing it a few times in a series. After a few and after a lot of toxins in the colon has been released, the colonic can really focus on liver detoxing and cleansing. It just makes my system feel so cleansed and so good. It makes my body feel light and clean, and gives me more energy and clarity. I think everyone needs this. I highly recommend them!!
