We got approved for one of their 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment homes and we couldn't be happier. Seeing the unit for the first time in person was a huge relief. One of the biggest reasons we moved here was because my husband is going to need a quiet place to study while he is in medical school. It is very peaceful and not crowded. It could also be because the community is still being built. Two other reasons, we got a two attached car garage and you can install full size washer/ dryer in the unit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very excited to be here. Worth every penny to live in comfort.

Like seriously... this place is kick ass. 24hr gym, beautiful salt water hot tub and pool, trails around the place to walk our dog.... It's perfect. I travel often for work and this place is a perfect location to get on the highway to head west to GR or east to Detroit. I obviously can't speak for other peoples experience.....but looking at this other review on here is INSANE to me. This place is always clean, public grills always have a tank full of propane, residents respect one another, and the quarry takes care of their customers. If you can afford it...DO IT

Oh sure, the Quarry will offer to spray poison in your kitchen to kill the ants. No thank you. You'll like it if your water pipes don't burst in the winter. Yup, it happened! And we were out for 53 days- very disruptive. They didn't care. You'll like it if you don't mind dog poop everywhere on the grass. They ask residents to pick up their dog's poop, but I wonder if residents get angry at the true lack of compassion from DTN Mgt and don't comply. Either that or they are not good neighbors. So if you don't mind being treated like trash when a REAL problem occurs, you'll certainly enjoy their superficial "niceness" in the meantime. And BTW, this year's rent is going up by $1,560. We are definitely moving out. No second year for us. But other than this, you might like it.
