The museum itself was the same and got to spend more time in the science than children's museum section. However, the outdoor playground newly built is amazing. It has an outdoor water table and splash pad larger than our own in Minnesota tamarack nature center. There are 2 sections of outdoor playground that had staircase for some slides too. Rocketship tower that you can climb. Some swings that are totally different than you are used too. Big spiderweb ropes climbing area was amazing too. Too bad rainstorm happened 30 minutes into our playtime but at least got to enjoy it.

First off, we spent 300 on a party room that includes an employee attendant helping. We show up and it was chaos. We had little guidance and then when we finally found someone to help us, she too is to the deck which was not what we paid for she finally took us to our private room. After seeing the room was away from the jumping area we asked to move to the deck. They refused saying it's cheaper at the deck and they can't refund us money. I asked for a manager and that did nothing. All the staff were young teenagers that should not be in charge. We eventually went to the party room and never saw the employee again. The popcorn was burnt and no utensils. I finally went and asked for support and utensils and that did nothing. No one ever came. I asked for a manager again, what was again just a lead(teenager) who refunded 40 dollars. He said that's the price for the employee that is supposed to help. I explained i needed everything refunded but the amount of the kids jump. He said he can't. I kept asking for whoever was in charge and no one was ever able to help me. They gave me peaches, the general managers name and email. I emailed her and called and no response. My other concern is there was a flea market going on in the main area. One of the kids attending our party was lost and they had nothing in place for "code Adam". There was so many areas for something bad to happen with the kiddos and no one (adult) to oversee. It was concerning and disappointing. We will not return.

After 10 minutes of pleading peaches did only charge me the $230. It was not easy however. I paid extra for a party room, which was so far away. It was so far away that you had to go past the sign that says "do not enter". Wth.... The room was so small. It was a party for 15, and they only set places for 10. They were late bringing all the things, and peaches was rude after I insisted on the price we agreed on. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The facility is very nice and clean and worth going to if it's not an "organized" party.

Where to start.. Wedding planning can be hectic and Events and Design by Ashley comes fairly highly…read morerecommended, so seems to be a good start. Wrong!!! We had a horrible experience and would caution anyone working with them in the future. To start: Horrible communication and putting the client first. We had an awful time getting our wedding planner to help us or guide us, and pushed off our meeting with them for 4 months.. 4 MONTHS!! We tried contacting Ashley herself, since she is the owner to help us out and make things right. After multiple phone calls and emails for over a month, we finally got an email reply, didn't even have the decency to ever even call us or here from us and what was wrong. At this point we were over it and wanted our money back and out of our contract, because after 4 months, we essentially did everything ourselves we were paying them to do. She then tried to charge us $75/hr which isn't even in the contract, and would not even negotiate to within reason and was trying to pad her hours. It was so bad we had to go to court over it because she was that unreasonable, and still never returned a phone call or even apologized. On top of this, look at the contract with them carefully. They are very shallow about what they won't do for you, but even in the contract if it says they will perform services, ie help get vendors and secure contracts, they will not help and will say they do not do this even though it is in their contract. Also, what kind of company wants to charge multiple thousands of dollars, and will say in their contract we will only meet a maximum of 3 times, will not bring anything to the wedding, pick anything up if it is forgotten on wedding day, essentially won't do anything. The list of what they will not do is longer than the list of what they will do. My rant could go on for much longer for how poor and shady this company is. Would 10/10 not recommend under any circumstance. I get issues can happen and the ball can get dropped on someone. We were most disappointed when we reached out to Ashley, the owner, how she dropped the ball and would not even get back to us for a month. When she did get back, it was extremely rude and was unreasonable, nor did she ever want to resolve things. Not the kind of person you want to do business with.
