We have used Four Points Ranch & Petting Zoo the last few years for our city's Easter function and have been extremely happy not only with the quality of the animals and setup, but the quality of service each employee/individual gives you. We have used other petting zoos in the past and Four Points is by far the best and that is why we continue to use them every year. Their animals are clean, friendly and well taken care of. Since they don't have you feed the animals, they are not food aggressive and the kids are able to get in the pen and enjoy interacting with the lovable little animals. They have the cutest set up for the petting zoo/baby animals along with antibacterial hand soap for when the kids are done! We also had pony rides, which the kids loved! Four Points Ranch is a family business and each member of the family was there for the duration of the event and were great to work with. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly and they did an exceptional job at leaving the park in the same condition as when they got there. I had several people come up to me and comment about how great the animals were, how clean everything was and how professional the staff was. We booked Four Points Ranch & Petting Zoo for our church's Harvest Fall Festival. We booked the petting zoo and the covered wagon ride. They were a huge hit! I don't think the wagon ride was idle the whole evening. The petting zoo was also very popular with lots of four legged friends. Four Points Ranch did all the setup and cleanup for both of these, which made it very convenient for our organization. Their helpers were very knowledgeable and helpful for our event. They were not only concerned for their animal's safety, but ours as well. We are planning to book them for our next Harvest Fall Festival. Our plans are to include their pony bounces and their Spiderman Bounce along with the petting zoo and wagon ride. We're looking forward to it already. We have used Four Points Ranch & Petting Zoo for the last two years for my daughters birthday. They are wonderful to work with! The first year we did an entire petting zoo and my husband was terrified that it would destroy the yard. After they left you couldn't even tell it was there! I was also afraid the kids would step in poop from all the animals, but I never once saw any poop on the ground. They had plenty of people to help take care of the animals and the kids enjoying the zoo. We also had to move the party the first year a few days before due to weather and they were very accommodating. The second year we had a mini petting zoo and pony rides. The pony's were very well taken care of and they had plenty of people to make sure all the kids are safe. Again, they left no trace they were here! I had my daughter's 4th birthday party at Four Points Ranch & Petting Zoo. It was a blast!! Kathy was so great to work with. I go a little overboard with my party planning and Kathy let me come out and check out the place and plan where I was going to put everything. She was so friendly and helpful! The barn they had was the perfect setup for the shabby chic vintage pony party that I had in mind. We had a ton of family out and all the kids LOVED it! The petting zoo has so many animals and Kathy even decorated one of the ponies which my daughter also loved. We added the face painting onto our package and it was also a big hit. The Four Points Ranch & Petting Zoo were absolutely wonderful to work with. They went far beyond what we were hoping for. We had them for a VBS day during June 2013. They brought everything out, set it up and had plenty of staff to help with the kids. I was so impressed. I had even arrange with them ahead of time to allow myself to kiss the goat if the VBS kids did their part of the bargain. We had Four Points Ranch come out for a "Portable Party" in April 2013 for my daughter's 4th birthday. What a hit! The kids absolutely loved riding the pony, and it made for easy entertainment. We hired Four Points for my daughters 5th birthday and could not have been happier! The kids loved the face painting, pony rides, inflatable, and the balloon artist.
