"My grandkids and I had an amazing time here. It was a fun, educational, and hands-on experience in a beautiful facility. We thoroughly enjoyed the interactive exhibits and the live science shows. It's a great place to learn and have fun together."

Exceeded my expectations! We took our 3 year old daughter here and she had the best time. So many interesting things to do and learn! Great parking and worth the price.

Kids had a blast. Loved the aviation exhibit. We went on a Wednesday morning hoping to avoid traffic. I spent the entire time nervous because no one was social distancing or making their kids do so. Staff didn't even try. We were the only ones in masks. So disappointed that they didn't require masks.

Our kids are 12, 10, and 9. They loved this place and really couldn't get enough. Loved the amount of hands on activities they had and the brain teaser room (as we called it) was fun for all in tow including mom and dad! We ended up getting the membership even though we're just visiting and glad we did as we went 3 times!!!

Tremendous place to bring the family, there is something here for all ages and a lot of the exhibits are designed for parents and kids to have fun together. We had to drag our 10 year old out she was having such a good time; our 15 year old really enjoyed it too. We especially enjoyed the flight exhibit, the castle, the tornado simulator and the giant mouth. The giant dome film "Great Bear Rainforest" was one of the best I've ever seen. We are new to Wichita and have joined as family members because we'll definitely be returning many times for the different events and traveling exhibits.

Plenty to see and do for all ages. Awesome kid friendly area for infants, toddlers and up. The aviation hall is my favorite, plenty to keep myself and my toddler entertained.

This is for kids and if you seek having "family time" with them, then you may have found a spot. Some of the kids looked bored too though.

Every time I go to a new FLW I always say "this is my favorite one." I truly think - 'could I live…read morehere right now?' This one I would say yes. The gift shop is so little and that is fine but it is difficult to herd the guests and the tour guide we had was really knowledgable. The house is nice and I think the normal tour is the one people should opt for because it covers what you want anyway. The best part, they accommodated us last minute and I really appreciate that. I wish that the gift store had enamel pins :)

Came upon the fact that there is actually a FLLW property in Wichita where the team was staying…read moreactually, and actually was able to make something happen actually and book a tour actually. I must applaud the flexibility of the staff. I booked an 11:30 tour as the 1pm only had 1 spot left. I called the morning and they allowed us to change and take the 1pm tour instead which allowed us to make everyone happy and take care of our responsibilities. Huge house with a lot of history - in terms of Wright homes, I would put this in the upper half of the ones we have toured. Lots of family history pieces and extra information included - though the other people taking the tour were so concerned with showing how intelligent they were in a falsified humble manner - it took away from the experience. Tour guide with the glasses and white hair was great. Informative and good natured all around. Another one off the list.

The Dale Chihuly glass exhibit was amazing…read more In the main art exhibit (free to visit - no charge), I saw exactly 1 painting that took my breath away. The rest were pretty bleh. I am from the East Coast, by the Smithsonian and all DC museums. I have been spoiled by art my whole life. I have also taken art and art history courses. My partner said the good art is at the bigger museums. He is not wrong! So what's left over is what's here at this smaller museum in the middle of the country. That's sad. People in this area deserve to see beautiful art too. The visiting exhibit is awful right now. I don't want to say what it is. But it's just awful and we paid $6 per person to see it. I looked at everything and had to get out of there. Nothing enjoyable. The museum was packed. I think we went on Valentine's Day or thereabouts. We got food. It took quite a while to get the food. Else enjoyed the live jazz! Or at least I did! Nothing like live jazz. I am an artist and I would love to have my art in this museum - then I know beautiful art would be hanging up that people would enjoy looking at. Driving home, my partner said he wouldn't pay $6 to see that visiting art exhibit again, but he would pay $100 to see my art - which is hanging in his own living room! I feel very sad about my review. But it's my truth. Art is subjective , I suppose. I hope future exhibits knock it out of the park. Hopefully this was just a low point for the museum.
