Not only did they fail to rotate my tires (which I had marked beforehand to verify), but they botched the coolant flush so badly that my car overheated into the Red Zone three days later. They left air in the cooling system, causing my heater to fail and my engine to spike to dangerous temperatures. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety. I would recommend written guarantees as far as what any deposit is intended or he will use it as he sees fit while you wait. Any questions regarding finances will immediately provoke a personal or irrational response to change the subject. He has more excuses than former-employees, which is impressive as I can think of well over a dozen in the months of frustration I had my vehicle there. After the 10 months and close to $20,000 I spent between him and parts, I had to have it towed to someone that will actually work on it and knows what they are doing to put it back together. He damaged a brand new fender November 10th and will still tell you he plans to get it fixed. How nice of him to make things right at his convenience. I could write a book about how badly this experience has gone. And confrontational after they perform the job of changing the ignition switch he said they would not put the plastic back and after I start recording with my phone, showing the work they did. He came out threatening calling the law for recording him as he was speaking to me reckless I would not go back to the store They did not want to put back the plastic. But when the manager came back he is the one I left my keys and talk when I dropped the car off. Took less than five minutes to put it back together. Will not go back to the store while that person works there.
