We both got the swayze. Steak was cooked like we asked but now they only give you MAYBE 1/4 cup of meat, in the beginning you used to get dang near a whole steak. They use cheap sliced cheddar cheese which over powers all the other ingredients. Bread was burnt & fried okra was not crunchy and was cold I had to ask waitress to ask the kitchen staff to re fry them. Tea was okay but not flavorful, almost watered down (not potent). The total cost was $39 & we will not be back.

The parking lot was completely full but I found one space to park in. As we got to the door, several groups of people came out and we were able to get a table in a few (like 3) minutes. Leslie J got us started with chips, salsa, & cold draft beer. We ordered the Chef Plate and the chicken mole. My wife said the mole was good and a little sweet (every Chef makes it a little different). My beef relleno, cheese enchilada, & guacamole we're excellent. The decor is pretty average Mexican restaurant decor: bright colors, flowers, paintings, etc. An escape. I'll be back next time I'm in town. And I found out there are 5 more locations.

Service was fast and friendly, and everything coming off the grill is made to order, you can taste it. I tried the Chicago Dog and the Polish & Kraut Dog, and both were outstanding. The dogs and onions were grilled fresh, the toppings were generous, and the poppy-seed buns were perfect. The Chicago Dog came loaded with all the expected fixings and delivered that classic tangy snap. The Polish and kraut combo had great flavor. The fries were great - fresh, classic, crispy, and just the right amount of salt. Overall, this is a great stop for a satisfying lunch. I'd absolutely come back next time I'm passing through Quanah.
