She's bedridden and had bed sores and they just chose not to send a gel pad for her. When questioned by the doctor they told her I was rude to them on the phone. I was not rude I just asked for a supervisor so that they could get to the bottom of this problem. They chose to deny my mother a necessary piece of equipment for her pain and suffering instead of calling me and telling me to try another Supply Company.
