Travel nurse here----Jam up pricing for taxes and peace of mind. I personally dropped mine off and picked up within two weeks, I wasn't in a rush. I was offered on the spot returning by appointment, but it wasn't necessary for my situation. I will be using every year from here on out. Staffing excellent communication and the building is super cute conveniently located off HWY 90. read more

H&R Block

I just came into this location to ask a few questions. As soon as we walked in no one was sitting…read moreat the reception desk. We walked to the desk and grabbed a pamphlet that was on our side of the counter advertising "upfront pricing". We waited for 5-10 min and no one in the building acknowledged we even walked in so we took the pamphlet and left. As soon as we got all the way to our car I hear a lady saying ma'am I can't let you have that. So I turn around and she had her hand outstretched. I walked up to her and said well how were we supposed to know, no one spoke to us or even asked if we needed help. This lady said I'm sorry and took the pamphlet and went back inside. Not once did she said how can I help you or what did you need assistance with. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I would give a negative star if I could.

When asked they told me I should have known about those on my own. What's the point of spending $800 on a tax expert who doesn't provide basic yet important advice?
