This is by far the worst provider I have ever been to. They never call you back, it takes months to get blood work back. It takes weeks to months to get referrals or any call backs. I love the convenience of the new location and everyone is super kind. This is the problem I do have though. I've been sick and I'm Ned for almost 4 months. I've seen specialist and had every scan and so fourth. I'm horribly ill with symptoms from my divertic. I had a specialist call and tell them what I needed. I've waited over a week to have the doctor make contact with and at home nurse. it's horrible. I came back to Found Care cause they seem more caring after being dragged and dragged along by doctors at an urgent care for months. I'm starting to feel the same way here. I feel like medically I'm being ignored. I want to be well. I can't have my surgery until I have IV antibiotics. I don't think doctors give it a second thought what quality of life I have to live right now. socially II have nothing and the only thing I think of around the clock is being careful not to make myself to sick. my kid (who has autism) looks terrified when I break down in tears from exhaustion and sickness. my wife has had to take time off quite a bit to take care of me. It took forever to find out what was wrong and now they drop the ball. When did the medical professionals stop caring. We count on you when we can't count on anyone else. let me start by saying although I am dissatisfied with Foundcare billing department I am defiantly rating their medal service as a very strong 5. ( dr Dial) north palm beach fl).The other day I recived a bill from Foundcare which I knew was incorect because the insurance that I have pays 100% of what medicare approves. . In defence of Foundcare billing department, Comcast had sent us a notice that they were working on our cable system and would might incur some problems and sure enough we did. The first day I called I billing I spent about 90 minutes speaking with ( or trying to contact a live person with some knowledge. I ended up with an Hispanic gentleman who was very polite but I think he was fairly new at his job. First thing that really upset me was he wanted my supplement insurance account number, when I told he he should have it because i had been a patient for over two years and the supplement had paid the bills for my Dr Diaz several times., While he was on the phone I looked up my vitit records with Dr Diaz and read off five dates from 2021. He said he would check that out with his office and call me back to me. The next day he did not call, so being impatient I recalled the company billing department. ,I went though her my story with a new female. . She had no record in their computer of the previous days call, so her and I went round and round over the same items and getting basically the same answers so I asked to be transferred to an supervisor. More eager to help but again not able yo answer all my question so we wound up the call agreeing i should call the doctors office. I did call the doctors office, big relief, the lady understood my problem and had all my previous record. SHE offered to call the billing office and call me back, 15 minuses later she called back and said all resolved. Today the billing office called and said my balance was zero. That should have happened the first day. This aggravation is not going to stop me from being a patient of found care, I'll never find anyone as good as DR Diaz. I have a lot of good things to say about Foundcare medical services but not today. That's it: out of time and space. Nest time I won't waste any time with the billing department I will go straight to the doctors office. DR Diaz's staff is as good as she is. She has resolved an urology problem that I have had for more than 10 years, better job than my urologist. read more

Horrible service! The last few times I've had appointments I waited a minimum of 2 hours. When you call, you can't get anyone on the phone, and if you leave a message they never call back. This review is solely based off of the girls up front. Came in today to get a PPD reading and I stated I wasn't to be charged since I paid $65 for a school physical previously. They all had an attitude when I said this and when confirmed, all alisha or Alicia at the front desk said was sit down with an attitude. Not to mention on Tuesday when I came in, they were talking about their own personal business and making fun of patients. Her and the girl with the red wig were loud and inappropriate. I know the job market is a bit lackluster with the candidates and the hiring pool is bad but do better guys. How can you go from what you were to whatever this is? Where do you find these girls? The doctor was where my troubles started he was very unprofessional rude or uncaring and crazy he was a psychic or psycho he asked me questions and then answer them himself prescribed me medicine without doing Labs first did not address any of my main concerns about my health but suggested I eat a salad to replace a meal. I am a middle-aged female. 52 years old, I have two autoimmune diseases + asthma, I can't breathe, it feels like someone is sitting on my chest and I have a fever so I called to get tested and they never even return my call for 3 days. I had to leave three messages . Then they returned my call asked me a couple questions and they refused to test me for covid 19. So now, a week later I called them again because it's only getting worse and they are not even allowing anyone to leave a message. The automated system says that they have people in their system that they have to test first and they're not testing anyone new. Well what are they waiting for? I was one of the first people to call on the first day. Again, I meet all of the criteria....middle aged, fever, cough, 2 auto immune diseases, asthma. I started coming here when I did not have insurance in order to still have the psych care I needed. Both Rosa and Dr. Paraleticci continue making my experience a positive ones. One of the managers even stayed after hours to wait for me so I could pick my prescriptions up. I began seeing Dr. Paraleticci who is an amazing lady and the best doctor I have had the pleasure to work with. I do have insurance now, but do not plan on going elsewhere. I finally feel like I have hope in getting off of medication I've been stuck on for years. She is helping me find what works best with the least amount of side effects. Many doctors can do this, but what makes her different is she actually gives a crap unlike many. She has personally called me whenever she gets a message from Rosa about any troubles or concerns I am having. Rosa who is one of the nurses goes over and beyond for me making sure that any little problem I have gets taken care of within the day . I mean over and beyond. She really takes care of me and assists me with any concerns through the month between my appointments. I know I never have to worry too much because any issue I ever have always gets resolved. Alicia in billing has not gotten back to me after repeated messages and they owe me money for fraudulently not reporting patient payments to insurance. I have produced multiple EOBs and they insist they haven't gotten paid and keep billing me. I am currently unemployed due to a hip injury. When I first went to Foundare they charged me $26 a visit (you also have to pay when you are just going for blood work without seeing the doctor) and then when I went back for a follow up they are now charging me $96. They cannot explain the fee increase and WORST of all - I have been out of my blood pressure medication and I have been trying for 2 weeks (4 days prior to running out) to get them to call it in and and, as of the time I am writing this review, they still have not called it in. If you don't value your time, if you don't care about respect, and if you want to never have appointment availability, then THIS is the place for you. Very consistently I've been blown off by doctors for sickness, I've been given enough attitude to fuel a high school cheer squad, and if I ever could rely on an appointment time, i may die of shock. Most recently, called to schedule an appointment, was given attitude consistently. Asked for someone else to help and was transferred to a number that just rang for 5 minutes. Call back, get someone willing to help. Tell them the five specific dates I am available, and they schedule me a different day. But dont tell me that until I call for my appointment to let them know I'm a few minutes late. Only to find out I'm a weekend early. The lady helps me sorta, and tells me to let them know that my appointment is set and I need in and out asap. I do just that. The lady at the front cops an attitude because I didnt want to argue about the last time I showed my i.d. (which was still before they last said). She continues to give me attitude, then sends me off to the pediatrics area. From there, people who came after me with later appointments were seen first.. finally, I tell the doctor when he arrives TWO HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME and he basically tells me that it just isnt his fault and to change doctors. So, that's exactly what I'm doing. This place is a joke. Expect to spend minimum three hours here for something as simple as a physical. read more

This place has its pros and cons. I am a tired and bitter person at this point so we're going to start with cons to warn those out there faster. Cons: Firstly, they do NOT treat transgender people in need of medical transition - a trans person's average life span is 32 years old but these gross bastards won't lift a finger to help. Sure they'll "refer you", but if you had specialist money you wouldn't be in a low cost clinic to begin with - so I guess we die then. Don't let them fool you either, plenty of clinics that do HRT assist with only primary doctors. It isn't hard and it isn't expensive. They are just apathetic and transphobic. The application asks your gender but then categorizes trans as its own gender which is a cute cis way of asking if you're a "real" man or not. This exposes part of their toxic ness towards transpeople, shows how their underlying thought process works. Anyway, I'm tired of this nonsense, it's literally easy enough for me to do on my own and that's what I'll do. Not as low cost as other low cost clinics. I'm indigent, which means I'm as low as it gets on that scale. Still charge about ten dollars extra than say, a clinic in ft. Lauderdale. Oddly unclear of how their process works. You show up, ask until you find the correct desk, directed to write your name and you just hope they don't forget you or that you don't miss what they're saying. At this point you might be worried because it's now past your appointment time and you haven't even filled out your paper work, turns out they want to have your name printed on your application instead of just you filling in the blank. So they eat up your time that way which isn't TOO horrible but just a really weird way to get your goat. Pros: Staff does what it says it going to do. Due to being cognitively impaired because of my lack of medication for the past month or so, I managed to forget to ask the dr to fill out a quick form that I needed to confirm my disabilities - I did in fact bring medical history to prove it. He refused to take the two minutes to fill it out, and the nurse tried to turn it on me when I didn't back down on the issue. HOLD ON. I am IMPAIRED, I cannot possibly be held to the same standard as someone with average memory and this form is IMPORTANT for my survival, it only take a few minutes, are you actually refusing me service and care? Ok well after that the nurse hopped on it. It took half an hour which isn't terrible in low cost clinics. I think it was the head administer who saw me and filled it out, which was five minutes. When I was told they would "look into it" about my other medical requests they actually did call me back and go over other options for me because they refused to do it themselves. That's nice but since surviving in poverty is my full time job I had already done everything and looked into everything she suggested, but they DID call. Transport. They actually have transportation to pick people up, I mean it would have been great if they told me that so I didn't have to waste so much of my limited time, energy, and income but ok better late than never I guess. Keeps me on my toes, having to figure out everything by myself. I hate that and I'm mad. I know I've only been there once BUT they actually did not do anything outright illegal so, yeah a positive! In conclusion, they need to actually serve their community by accepting their community's needs, need more consideration towards their clients by being clear about what is being offered and being educated on their demographics, But are doing a good job in actually delivering with their promises, have useful services if you know about them, and aren't to the point where they are being out and out illegal with their attitude and care towards clients. read more
