As a matter of fact, the second church was a split from the first church. In those 10 years I've seen some of the worst things you would think you would ever see in a church. I've experienced lying, deceitful, dishonest and backstabbing people from both places. Once I quit as a pastor I told myself I would never get involved with another church again. Having three kids though, I felt like we needed to be involved somewhere. After looking around I kept coming back to Battlecreek so I told my wife about it and we decided to give it try. As a worship pastor myself I totally get drawn in by music and the worship at TheChurch.at is some of the most powerful I've experienced. All of their campuses have outstanding worship leaders and volunteers. The other thing for me of course is the pastor. All I have to say about Alex is that he is totally anointed and speaks from his heart. We've attended other campuses and I personally don't like watching him on the screen so we attend Battlecreek in Broken Arrow where we see him on stage. Again, that's just a personal preference, it does not detract from the message from watching on the screen. I'm still pulling myself out of the dark with God's help and I'm very thankful for this place. If you are hurting or just in need of a home church I highly recommend giving theChurch.at a try.

Kingdom Kids is the children's ministry for babies up to kindergarten. Each age group has a great group of volunteers leading the children. Destiny Kids is from 1st to 5th grade and is extremely energetic. DCy (Destiny Church Youth) is divided between middle school and high school with dedicated pastors. There are a lot of events for anyone to partake in. Community groups meet once a month along with women's and men's ministries respectively. Bob Yandian was the pastor of this fine congregation for many years to succeeded by his son Rob Yandian. Both have had different directions for the church however one thing remains-keeping God's Word First. You will not get little groups of people here that click together, you get one group of like minded believers reaching out to the community with love. If someone were far from God or in need of a good church home I would recommend Grace Tulsa to them. There is no judgement here, but just love and caring people. I have been impressed and I am excited to see where they go in the future. Service times 8:30 and 11:30 on Sunday.
