TAI saved us from a massive expense of 4K for a travel club membership with Westgate Resorts. My…read morewife and I signed up for the travel club thinking we would get exclusive travel deals only to find out later that the service wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Worst of all, it was a lifelong contract with a $200 yearly fee. TAI looked into the case and confirmed that Westgate had broken several laws when they issued the contract. After starting the case, we e-mailed back and forth on a biweekly basis. I would send them any documentation related to the case while they guided me on what to do next. Our case lasted from May 2014 through January 2015. They handled the bulk of the paperwork behind the scenes and helped us answer all our questions as we worked with the federal agencies to remove this expense from our credit history. If I could change one thing it would be minimizing the cost of the credit agency reports. Each time TAI ran a credit report we got a surprise $30 fee. I understand if there may not be a solution for those fees since CreditCheckTotal is the one charging them. Another thing I would improve would be the response time. TAI always had good responses to my e-mails, but sometimes I would have to wait 1-2 weeks before hearing back. At first this was unsettling and I had to call into the office to speak with someone. All in all, I highly recommend this group as they know what they are doing and will do their best to help you beat the timeshare/travel club companies.

This was one of the most careless and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with any business,…read morelet alone a law firm. I hired them to prepare a simple form, and they couldn't even get my name right. The first draft had it wrong, I corrected them, and they STILL continued to misspell it multiple times, in different ways, throughout the document. Even when I showed up in person to sign, they had to reprint paperwork on the spot because, once again, my name was incorrect. There is absolutely no excuse for that level of incompetence on a legal documents. Communication was just as bad. I constantly had to chase them down to get anything done. At one point, people were calling me just to tell me someone else would call me-completely pointless and a waste of time. Then they had the nerve to overcharge me for it. They billed me for every single interaction-multiple staff members, text messages, and even "research time." Yet when I went to the courthouse to file the paperwork, I was told I couldn't because it included a paragraph that has been outdated since 2011. So they charged me for "research" they clearly didn't do. The final product looked sloppy and thrown together, like a copy-and-paste template with my information carelessly filled in. Do not use this law firm. They are disorganized, inattentive, and will waste your time and money.

I am a current client of Long, Burnett, and Johnson and wish I were not. I cane to them with a…read morefairly simple bankruptcy case. They handled the original filing in a timely manner, but since then they seem to forget who the client is and that they are there to serve the needs of the client - not simply for them to take a cookie cutter approach to every case. The main issue is that they do not communicate clearly what is going to be happening in your case, and who will be representing you and what arguments are being made. I have lost all trust and faith in this firm. I recently asked for them to provide an audio copy of arguments in my case - a simple matter file a form electronically and go pick up a CD. They refused. I would do this in person if I did not live out of state. It begs the question - what do they not want the client to hear about their own case. I would also add that their answer anytime you want to do something not cookie cutter is to Dismiss your case voluntarily and then refile. Of course that means you pay more fees and are at the mercy of your creditors during that process.

My wife and I were turned off because they did not want to honor what was on their website. This is my first time getting a trust and I was trying to get information on the cost and everything else I had called six other trust attorney's after speaking to the receptionist. they all have a free consultation. I think the initial consultation should be free to decide who should I use for my trust. I also understand that time is money. My analogy is if you can have a general contractor come out and give you a free estimate and ask questions and decide who you were gonna use should be the same in other professions.
