When sitting down with Donna to open a new account I was not informed the cost of checks associated with the new account. I made some initial deposits that had two week hold times and chose the dont draft over box. BEWARE to New Account Holders: they will charge for checks, tag you with a NSF fee if the funds aren't available, and will not contact you in regards to the error. They also did this to my daughter. However she made her first deposit a couple weeks later from her first job here in Paris. She was excited to finally get money into her account that started off with over $50 in negative charges from checks causing a $35 NSF fee. The account manager and bank manager would not waive the NSF fee which signifies a high level of greed and my daughter having a life education of what it means to have poor customer service. Small note: my daughter gave her information to Alex whom is very nice which allowed me to speak on her behalf. (When transfered 30 feet away to Donna) I was informed that I no longer was able to talk on behalf my daughters account... so I had to "put her and I on speaker". Classic avoidance issue.
