We hired Trevor to refinish our kitchen cabinet boxes, replace our cabinet doors, build a small island in the kitchen and install crown molding. The project was riddled with delays, mistakes and poor workmanship. When we did attempt to speak to Trevor about some of these issues, he did not take ownership, so effective communication was very challenging. We actually fixed (and will continue to fix) a lot of the issues ourselves so as to avoid further conflict with him. The situation however, that exemplifies the whole experience with Trevor was the crown molding part of our project. 2 hours into crown molding day, he called me and said he "could not figure out the angles" and quit. Just quit. He left me with 3 incorrectly installed pieces of crown molding and walked off. He did not offer me any plan for moving forward and he did not try to make it right in any way. I had to find a contractor to come in and fix his mistakes, repair damage to my walls and install the crown molding. His lack of skill and professionalism was shocking. Trevor is a good salesperson, but please don't be fooled. I would strongly encourage anyone considering using Trevor to find a different contractor.

We hired Arnold to replace our interior doors, door and window trim and baseboard. We asked him if…read morehe would be able to be complete for the painters who were scheduled to begin 3 weeks later and he agreed. We are now 8 weeks past that deadline and still not complete. He is also no longer answering calls or text messages. He damaged some of the freshly painted walls adjacent to the trim he installed and the paint was not applied appropriately to cover his patch. The trim in 3 door openings is not level or plumb and the doors are sticking- brand new doors are sticking!!! One door cannot be installed as the door frame he installed is 1-1/2" out of level. We asked for 1x4 finger jointed pre-primed pine trim for all door and window trim and 1x6 finger jointed pre-primed pine trim for he baseboard. To save money he used common pine boards with major knots and holes in them. We needed him to finish the install so that we wouldn't lose our spot in the painters schedule, so we agreed that he could install it if he caulked all the holes and painted it so the knots didn't show through. He didn't do that. He used different trim that doesn't match what we asked for on the first floor of our home because he said it would allow him to go faster and it was similar width to what we wanted. We agreed, again, to get him to finish before the painters. He didn't finish before the painters and now our walls were damaged when he was installing, caulking and painting the trim. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.
