This place is the complete worse. Called in to ask if we could print a portfolio and bind it, manager said yes. When we arrive about 40 mins later, he says he actually cannot do the binding because he doesn't know how and the person who does it is not in today (why didn't he said that on the phone?). One of his printers wasn't working, they couldn't for the life of them open a single one of our pdfs on their computer. Printed on the wrong paper, then printed in the wrong order for double sided. They said I didn't have to pay because they messed up but that I had to leave because they were closing soon. Basically, they took 2 hours to print a small book and couldn't even finish the job. On top of that there were other dissatisfied costumers that would come in to collect and the manager would say something like "actually it's not ready" or "we forgot to call you/ we didn't have your contact details". read more

Terrible experience with rude staff. Went to get two rolls of film developed onto a CD and a contact sheet. I was charged £22 which is excessive. At snappy snaps I can get two sets of prints as well as a CD for £20! The website states that I can collect the photos in an hour. The man at first wanted me to collect the photos tomorrow which is crazy as the shop closed in over three hours. I told him I would like them today and offered to pay and extra but he just said it's fine and gave me a dirty look. I returned one hour later and he said that he told me to return at 6. I told him 'no that's when you said you closed when I asked' He said it takes 30mins each for the film to be scanned which isn't true as I know other shops that can do it in half the time. I will be taking my negatives somewhere else next time. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste your time. Over three hours to get my negatives put onto a CD? He told me that the website is old and that the information is incorrect which just highlights their quality of service. I understand if they are busy (which they weren't) or have a technical difficulty but at least be sympathetic about it. He was not one bit sorry for his service. Waste of time and money. read more

I would never return to this place. I like to support local businesses..instead of going to snapy snaps I wanted to try this local shop. I needed to get passport photos, after taking my request the shop assistant pointed me a corner of the shop to wait. I asked if I could check myself in the mirror, I didn't take long, but as soon as I sit infront of the mirror the shop assistant came and asked me if i was ready I asked for little more time politely,I took about three minutes all together. As soon as I informed her that I was ready she walked with running steps. I asked her about how much would show in the picture from shoulder length she didnt answer, I wasn't sure to wear my jacket or not and she said as you like, she was so cold. She took suddenly a picture and showed me, I knew I have three options so I asked her to take another one but she took another one even quicker inspite I said one second and finally on the third one I said its fine, i mean it would have been fine in the first one if she didnt rush. I didnt expect any special attention but she was rude. It was about 5 minutes alltogether since I entered the shop and no one was waiting when I sit down. When I finished I saw a lady standing next to the corner. She apologised from the next customer sarcastically as If I took ages, she made me feel really embarassed. I recovered quickly and asked her if I should pay but she said I could if I wanted to and walked off. I followed her to ask how much would be to take one page print out , she said £1,5 to use the computer and 20p for the print out, she understood what I meant by one page print out, as every shop has their min usage fee for this situations but she seemed she didnt want to offer any kind of customer service. Finally at the tilll she put the pictures upside down, she should have showed me how they finally looked but she didnt, I took one picture gently to check if it was ok, but she again didnt like it and asked me if I wanted the last picture in the small bag as well. That was too much, i could have said no I like to hold one of these because I like to walk in the street with my picture in my hand. I said thank you and bye when I was leaving but she didnt thank me neither she said bye. It was a horible experience. The female shop assistant , short blond hair wearing glasses. read more
