Later I whatsapped the store again to ask if they will mount a watercolor painting I have. The answer was no then my whatsapp was blocked. A couple of weeks later I called the store land line and talked to Yadira again. She was surprised to know that I was blocked on whatsapp. She said it was some other guy who did it. On 04/21/2022 I went to the store to get my 3 paintings framed. A fat guy there was the owner I assume. He said he did the blocking because he just didn't want to be bothered. All I did was one question if they will mount a watercolor and I was immediately blocked. That fat guy didn't say anything to apologize and all his excuse was he didn't want to be bothered by questions. I came a long way to Tijuana and I thought as long as they do a good job, I will just ignore his attitude. When we started to talk about actual framing, the price went up a lot. I asked him to explain the difference between the quotes I got from Yadira and his price. He basically told me to disregard what Yadira said. I wasn't happy with what he gave me at all and I asked if he could give some discounts given I was quoted a much lower price by Yadira. He told me no and said I could leave if I don't like his price. He even threatened to call police if I talk about his price again - what a crazy nutcase!!! My experience with the store owner was extremely bad and I strongly advise anyone not using his service.
